The government is at the central, regional and village levels. Therefore, orderly administration needs to be maximized by all levels of government administrators. Especially being orderly in completing population documents such as KK (Family Cards), KTP (Resident Identity Cards and KIA (Children's Identity Cards).The residents of Tambakrejo Village, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency are still relatively low in terms of processing residence documents. Starting from not being aware of the importance of having complete documents or an interest in taking care of complete population documents.This study used a qualitative method, with the research focus being the background of the apathy of the people of Tambakrejo Village, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency towards the completeness of population documents and the impact arising from the apathy of the people of Tambakrejo Village, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency in the completeness of population documents. Sources of data obtained by data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis technique was carried out in several stages, namely through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that (1) the apathy of the residents of Tambakrejo Village, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency towards the completeness of population documents is motivated by several factors, namely the first in terms of the educational level of parents here, most of whom only graduated from elementary school. The second is about busy work. The third concerns low trust in the government, this is due to the complexity of the system for dealing with residence documents from year to year; (2) the impact is related to the time associated with the work activities of each resident.Based on the research findings above, it is suggested to the Village Government to provide adequate access or facilities to the people of Tambakrejo Village, Tambakrejo District, Bojonegoro Regency to support activities dealing with the completeness of population documents, including providing socialization about the importance of completeness of population documents.  Keywords: Attitude, apathy in dealing with residence documents
