Pengembangan video tutorial berbasis web pembelajaran keterampilan mencuci pakaian pada peserta didik tunagrahita bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video tutorial berbasis web untuk pembelajaran keterampilan mencuci pakaian peserta didik tunagrahita. Penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). Proses pengembangan terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, dan pengembangan media yang diujicobakan kepada peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) video tutorial berhasil dikembangkan untuk pembelajaran keterampilan mencuci pakaian berbasis web pada peserta didik tunagrahita, (2) validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa media ini sangat layak digunakan dengan skor 84% dari ahli media, 98% dari ahli materi, dan 86% oleh praktisi (3) hasil uji coba lapangan menunjukkan efektivitas media video tutorial berbasis web dalam meningkatkan keterampilan mencuci pakaian peserta didik tunagrahita, dengan nilai Z = -1.841 dan p = 0.066.

The development of a web-based video tutorial for learning laundry skills for mentally retarded students aims to develop a web-based video tutorial for learning laundry skills for mentally retarded students. This research employs the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate). The development process includes needs analysis, design, and media development, which was tested with students. Data collection was performed through questionnaires, and data analysis utilized percentage calculations. The results indicate that: (1) a web-based video tutorial tool has been successfully developed for laundry skills learning for students with intellectual disabilities, (2) expert validation showed that this media is highly feasible, with scores of 84% from media experts, 98% from material experts, and 86% by practitioners (3) the results of the field trial showed the effectiveness of web-based video tutorial media in improving the laundry skills of mentally retarded students, with a Z value = -1.841 and p = 0.066.
