Pengaruh Kompetensi Paedagogik Guru, Iklim Sekolah, dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMPN Kabupaten Magetan
The Influence of Teacher Pedagogical Competence, School Climate, and Principal Leadership on Teacher Performance at Junior High Schools in Magetan Regency
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh kompetensi guru, iklim sekolah, dan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi sekolah di 18 kecamatan diseluruh kabupaten Magetan, dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling menjadi 9 kecamatan yang mewakili kabupaten Magetan, sebanyak 273 guru. Penentuan Sampel Kecamatan dengan Purposive Random Sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS 28. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai sig pada variabel komptensi adalah 0.000< 0.05, hal ini berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Kompetensi Guru terhadap Kinerja Guru. Kemudian pada variabel Iklim Sekolah, nilai signifikansi 0.024 <0.05, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Iklim Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru. Dan pada variabel resepsi Guru Tentang Kepemimpinan menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0.043<0.05, yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru.
Abstract
This research aims to find the influence of teacher competence, school climate, and principal leadership on teacher performance at SMPN Magetan Regency. This research applies a quantitative descriptive research approach. The school population in 18 sub-districts throughout Magetan district was selected using a purposive sampling technique into 9 sub-districts representing Magetan district, totaling 273 teachers. Determining District Samples using Purposive Random Sampling. The instrument in this research used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. Data were analyzed using multiple regression with the help of SPSS 28. The research results showed that the sig value for the competency variable was 0.000 < 0.05, this means that there is a significant influence between Teacher Competence on Teacher Performance. Then for the School Climate variable, the significance value is 0.024 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence between School Climate and Teacher Performance. And the Teacher Reception variable regarding Leadership shows a significance value of 0.043<0.05, which means that there is an influence between the Principal's Leadership on Teacher Performance.
