Buku ajar berbasis quantum learning dikembangkan agar peserta didik memiliki respon positif dalam proses belajar terutama untuk materi biologi yang dianggap sulit seperti Sistem Koordinasi. Berdasarkan karakteristik tersebut pendekatan quantum learning sesuai digunakan untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains pada aspek kompetensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan buku ajar berbasis quantum learning pada materi Sistem Koordinasi untuk melatihkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik yang layak berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Buku ajar dikembangkan menggunakan model ADDIE dengan tahap analysis (analisis), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), implementation (implementasi), dan evaluation (evaluasi). Uji coba terbatas dilakukan pada 16 siswa kelas XI SMA Ulul Albab. Parameter dalam penelitian ini meliputi validitas yang dilihat dari hasil validitas para ahli, kepraktisan yang dilihat dari keterbacaan dan aktivitas siswa, serta keefektifan yang dilihat dari respons dan hasil belajar belajar peserta didik yang menunjukkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas buku ajar yang dikembangkan sebesar 3,67 dengan kategori sangat layak. Kepraktisan buku ajar berdasarkan observasi aktivitas siswa mendapatkan hasil sebesar 100 % untuk kegiatan pendahuluan, inti, dan penutup sedangkan dari uji keterbacaan diperoleh hasil bahwa keterbacaan berada pada level 11 sehingga sesuai digunakan untuk peserta didik kelas XI SMA. Keefektifan dilihat dari respons peserta didik diperoleh respons positif untuk kriteria isi dan kriteria bahasa sebesar 87,5 %; kriteria penyajian sebesar 89,06 %; serta kriteria kesesuaian dengan quantum learning sebesar 86,06 %. Selain itu keefektifan juga dilihat dari hasil belajar peserta didik berdasarkan pre-test dan pos-test dengan ketuntasan siswa sebesar 93,75 %, ketuntasan indikator sebesar 89,73 %, serta ketuntasan literasi sains sebesar 89,26 %. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar quantum learning materi Sistem Koordinasi untuk melatihkan literasi sains peserta didik kelas XI SMA dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif.

Quantum learning based student book is developed so students will get positive response in the learning process especially for difficult matter such as Coordination System. Based on its characteristics quantum learning approach is suitable to train scientific literacy ability in the competency aspect. This study aims to produce reliable student book based on quantum learning in Coordination System material in order to train student's scientific literacy ability obtained by validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The student book was developed using ADDIE model consisted of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stage. Limited trial was done on sixteen 11th grade students of SMA Ulul Albab. The measurements of validity were obtained by experts assesment results, practicality obtained by readibility and student's activity, also effectiveness obtained by student's response and learning outcomes. The result of this study showed that the validity of developed student book was 3,67 which meant very good. Practicality based on student's activity observation got 100 % for every part consists of opening, main, and closing meanwhile from the readibility test known that the book was at 11th grade level. Analysis of effectiveness from student's response got positive percentage 87,5 % for content and language criteria; 89,06 % for presentation criteria, and also 86,06 % for suitableness with quantum learning. Beside that effectiveness was also analyzed from student's learning outcomes. Student test completeness got 93,75 %, indicator completeness got 89,73 %, and scientific literacy ability completeness was 89,26 %. So it could be concluded that quantum learning student book in Coordination System to train scientific literacy ability was valid, practical, and effective.
