Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar elektronik untuk pembelajaran pengolahan data berbasis saintifik bagi siswa kelas V sekolah dasar yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Pembelajaran matematika yang dilakukan menggunakan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis saintifik dengan langkah-langkah mengamati, menanya, mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, dan mengkomunikasikan. Penggunaan bahan ajar ektronik diharapkan dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep lebih mendalam serta menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap matematika. Model pengembangan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis saintifik pada penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Dick and Carrey. Ada 10 tahap dalam pengembangan model, yaitu: mengidentifikasi tujuan pembelajaran, melakukan analisis pembelajaran, menganalisis karakteristik siswa dan konteks pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan khusus pembelajaran, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian, mengembangkan strategi pengajaran, mengembangkan dan memilih bahan ajar, merancang dan mengembangkan evaluasi formatif, merevisi pembelajaran, serta merancang dan mengembangkan evaluasi sumatif.
Uji coba bahan ajar dilaksanakan di SDN Airlangga I/198 Tahun Pelajaran 2020/2021 menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 30 siswa kelas 5C sebagai kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa kelas 5D sebagai kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahan ajar elektronik berbasis saintifik yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif pada pembelajaran pengolahan data siswa kelas 5 SD. Valid didasarkan pada penilaian kedua validator. Praktis dilihat dari respon siswa dan respon guru terhadap bahan ajar yang dikembangkan, serta penilaian pengamat terhadap keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dan aktivitas siswa dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Efektif dilihat dari hasil belajar dan uji independent t-test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan penghitungan posttest menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 3,665 dengan sig. 2 tailed sebesar 0.001 (0,001<0,05). Hal ini diperkuat dengan hasil deskriptif nilai rata-rata kelompok eksperimen pada posttest sebesar 90.8, sedangkan kelompok kontrol posttest sebesar 84.0. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis saintifik dalam pembelajaran matematika tentang pengolahan data bagi siswa kelas 5 sekolah dasar.

The purpose of this research is to develop electronic teaching materials for scientific-based data processing learning for fifth grade elementary school students that are valid, practical, and effective. Mathematics learning is carried out using scientific-based electronic teaching materials with the steps of observing, asking questions, gathering information, associating, and communicating. The use of electronic teaching materials is expected to help students understand the concept more deeply and foster students' motivation to learn mathematics. The scientific-based electronic teaching material development model in this study uses the Dick and Carrey development model (Ratumanan, 2014). There are 10 stages in model development, namely: identifying learning objectives, conducting learning analysis, analyzing student characteristics and learning contexts, formulating specific learning objectives, developing assessment instruments, developing teaching strategies, developing and selecting teaching materials, designing and developing formative evaluations, revising learning, as well as designing and developing summative evaluations.
The trial of teaching materials was carried out at SDN Airlangga I/198 for the 2020/2021 academic year using a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this study were 30 students of class 5C as the experimental class and 30 students of class 5D as the control class. Based on the results of the study, the scientific-based electronic teaching materials developed were declared valid, practical, and effective in learning data processing for fifth grade elementary school students. Validity is based on the assessment of the two validators. Practically seen from student responses and teacher responses to the developed teaching materials, as well as observers' assessments of the implementation of learning and student activities which are in the "very good" category. Effectively seen from the results of learning and independent t-test test in the experimental class and control class with the posttest calculation shows the tcount value of 3.665 with a significant of 0.001, meaning less than 0.05. This is reinforced by the descriptive results, the average value of the experimental group in the posttest is 90.8, which is greater than the control group in the posttest, which is 84.0. Based on these results, it shows that there are differences in learning outcomes using scientific-based electronic teaching materials in learning mathematics about data processing for fifth grade elementary school students.
