TEACHER READINESS IN ONLINE LEARNING DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN THE AUTOMOTIVE LIGHT VEHICLE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AT KAL-2 VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN SURABAYA
Terjadinya pandemi covid-19 dan dengan diterapkannya pembatasan sosial berskala besar hal tersebut berdampak pada berlangsungnya kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga pembelajaran harus dilaksanakan daring. Maka tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisa kesiapan guru SMK KAL-2 Surabaya dalam kegiatan pembelajaran daring ketika pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, metode pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu observasi, wawancara dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuisioner online melalui google formulir kepada 4 guru, 9 siswa dan 9 orang tua siswa dari TKRO di SMK KAL-2 Surabaya sebagai responden, didukung dengan berbagai literatur yang telah didapatkan dan dikaji sebelumnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan analisis triangulasi yang terdiri dari 3 komponen yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil Penelitian ini yaitu 58,3% guru siap melaksanakan pembelajaran daring, diperkuat dengan hasil kuisioner oleh siswa dan orang tua siswa yaitu 52,2% siswa dan 53,7% orang tua siswa menyatakan siap melaksanakan pembelajaran daring. namun nilai tersebut cukup rendah hal tersebut disebabkan karena guru mengalami kendala penurunan kesehatan kondisi fisik dan psikologi, guru juga kurang terampil dalam penggunaan teknologi, sehingga siswa mengalami kesulitan dalam pemahaman materi yang disampaikan oleh guru berdampak pada nilai belajar siswa menurun.

The occurrence of the covid-19 pandemic and the implementation of large-scale social restrictions have an impact on learning activities, so learning must be carried out online. So the purpose of this research is to analyze the readiness of SMK KAL-2 Surabaya teachers in online learning activities during a pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research, research data collection methods, namely observation, documentation interviews and distributing online questionnaires via google forms to 4 teachers, 9 students and 9 parents of TKRO students at SMK KAL-2 Surabaya as respondents, supported by various literature that has been obtained and reviewed previously. The data analysis technique used in this study is a triangulation analysis consisting of 3 components, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
The results of this study are 58.3% of teachers are ready to implement online learning, reinforced by the results of questionnaires by students and parents of students, namely 52.2% of students and 53.7% of parents of students stated that they were ready to implement online learning. but the value is quite low this is due to teachers experiencing obstacles to reducing physical and psychological health conditions, teachers are also less skilled in the use of technology, so students have difficulty in understanding the material delivered by the teacher, which has an impact on student learning scores decreasing.
