Literature Study of Role Playing Technique for Student's Interpersonal Communication
Kemampuan berkomunikasi peserta didik dengan orang lain, banyak dalam presentase yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penerapan role playing dalam mengatasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal peserta didik yang masih rendah dalam berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian diperoleh dari Google Scholar, Research Gate, dan Sage Journal. Data akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi. Diharapkan penelitian akan memberikan manfaat dalam keilmuan melalui kajian teknik role playing dalam mengatasi kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang rendah. Fokus penelitian adalah peran teknik role play dalam membantu menghasilkan karakteristik komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif dan keberhasilan penggunaan role playing dalam mengatasi komunikasi interpersonal yang masih rendah bagi peserta didik yang rendah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, teknik role playing berhasil mengatasi masalah dan mengembangkan karakteristik dalam komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif bagi peserta didik di seluruh jenjang pendidikan. Perlu dukungan serta perhatian dari keluarga dan guru di sekolah agar peserta didik mampu berkembang optimal dalam menjalin hubungan dengan orang lain. Konselor sekolah juga perlu memberikan layanan yang menarik seperti bermain peran untuk membantu peserta didik mengaktualisasikan diri di lingkungan sosialnya.

The ability to communicate students with other people, many in a low percentage. The purpose of the study was to determine the application of role playing in overcoming the interpersonal communication skills of students who were still low at various levels of education. This research uses literature study method. The data sources used in this study were obtained form Google Scholar, Research Gate, and Sage Journal. The data will be analyzed using content analysis techniques. It is hoped that the research will provide benefits in science through the study of role playing techniques in overcoming low interpersonal communication skils. The focus of the research is the role of role playing techniques in helping to produce characteristics of effective interpersonal communication and successful use of role playing in overcoming interpersonal communication which is still low for low level students. Based on the research result, the role playing technique has succeeded in overcoming problems and developing characteristics in effective interpersonal communication for student at all levels of education. It needs support and attention from families and teachers in schools so that students are able to develop optimally in establishing relationships with other people. School counselors also need to provide attractive services such as role playing to help students actualize themselves in their social environment.
