MANAJEMEN PEMBINAAN PRESTASI CABANG OLAHRAGA BOLAVOLI PUTRA DI KLUB INDOMARET SIDOARJO

Untuk menunjang prestasi seorang atlet, dibutuhkan adanya sebuah edukasi yang baik dan benar. Edukasi tersebut dapat diperoleh melalui klub-klub yang profesional dan telah banyak melahirkan atlet-atlet yang berprestasi. Klub profesional pasti memiliki manajemen yang baik, salah satu klub bolavoli profesional yang ada di Kota Sidoarjo adalah klub Indomaret. Klub bolavoli putra Indomaret telah meraih banyak prestasi, dibuktikan dengan banyaknya gelar yang yang diperoleh oleh klub Indomaret dalam berbagai kejuaraan nasional, dan juga  mengirimkan beberapa atletnya mewakili Jawa Timur untuk mengikuti Kejuaraan Nasional

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi faktor-faktor penghambat dan pendukung keberhasilan atlet bola voli putra di klub Indomaret Kabupaten Sidoarjo, program latihan, serta sarana dan prasarana di klub Indomaret Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode partisipasi pasif (passive participation), dimana peneliti datang ke tempat kegiatan orang yang diamati, tetapi tidak ikut terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut.Subyek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah atlet, pelatih, dan pengurus klub. Tempat pelaksanaan penelitiannya bertempat di GOR Indomaret Sidoarjoyang bertempat di desa Wonoayu. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan angket yang dituangkan dalam google form yang dikarenakan masa pandemi..

Hasil penelitian ini adalah klub Indomaret merupakan klub yang mempunyai segudang prestasi dan banyak menyumbangkan atletnya untuk timnas. Managemen yang ada di Indomaret sudah terlaksana sesuai tujuan Indomaret. Untuk pelatih, Indomaret memiliki pelatih profesional sebanyak tiga orang. Di klub Indomaret atlet direkrut dengan sistem promosi dan degradasi. Dan juga mempunyai tinggi minimal 190 cm. dan untuk sarana prasarana klub Indomaret sudah bisa dikatakan memadai untuk level sebagai klub professional.

            To support the achievements of an athlete, a good and correct education is needed. This education can be obtained through professional clubs and has produced many accomplished athletes. Professional clubs must have good management, one of the professional volleyball clubs in Sidoarjo City is the Indomaret club. The Indomaret men's volleyball club has won many achievements, as evidenced by the many titles that the Indomaret club has won in various national championships, and has also sent several of its athletes to represent East Java to take part in the National Championship.

            This study aims to determine what are the factors inhibiting and supporting the success of men's volleyball athletes in the Indomaret club, Sidoarjo Regency, training programs, as well as facilities and infrastructure at the Indomaret Sidoarjo club. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with passive participation methods. (passive participation), where the researcher comes to the place of the activities of the person being observed, but is not involved in the activity. The research subjects in this study are athletes, coaches and club administrators. The place for carrying out the research is located at the Indomaret Sidoarjoyang GOR in the village of Wonoayu. This research instrument uses a questionnaire as outlined in the google form due to the pandemic period.

            The result of this research is that Indomaret club is a club that has a myriad of achievements and donates a lot of its athletes to the national team. The management in Indomaret has been carried out according to Indomaret's goals. For coaches, Indomaret has three professional trainers. At the Indomaret club, athletes are recruited with a promotion and relegation system. And also has a minimum height of 190 cm. and for club infrastructure, Indomaret can be said to be adequate for the level as a professional club.
