Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar di daerah 3T Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode studi literature review, melalui tahapan identifikasi dan merumuskan fokus artikel ilmiah, mengumpulkan data melalui studi terdahulu atau buku, klasifikasi data berdasarkan masalah, mengkaji dan menganalisis data secara kualitatif, menarik kesimpulan yang dilengkapi dengan saran. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa Proses implementasi wajib belajar di daerah 3T berhubungan dengan faktor hukum, politik, ekonomi, sosial yang langsung maupun tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap perilaku dari berbagai pihak yang terlibat dalam program wajib belajar di daerah 3T. Tujuan implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar di daerah 3T adalah untuk meningkatkan APK dan menurunkan angka anak putus sekolah di daerah 3T. Dalam implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar di daerah 3T terdapat proses yang harus dilalui dan proses tersebut tidak terlepas dari suatu kendala yang terjadi di lapangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran orang tua akan pentingnya pendidikan anak, keterbatasan ekonomi, keterbatasan akses menuju ke sekolah dan minimnya fasilitas pendidikan di suatu daerah. Strategi pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan kendala tersebut yaitu dengan cara membangun fasilitas sekolah, memberikan beasiswa pendidikan, melakukan perbaikan akses pendidikan dan melakukan sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya pendidikan. Strategi tersebut dilakukan dengan pendekatan struktural dan pendekatan perilaku. Hal ini semata demi mewujudkan keberhasilan dalam implementasi kebijakan wajib belajar di daerah 3T.

This study aims to determine the process of implementing compulsory education policies in 3T. The writing of this article uses the literature review study method, through the stages of identifying and formulating the focus of scientific articles, collecting data through previous studies or books, classifying data based on problems, reviewing and analyzing data qualitatively, drawing conclusions equipped with suggestions. The results of this study state that the process of implementing compulsory education in the 3T area is related to legal, political, economic, social factors that directly or indirectly affect the behavior of various parties involved in the compulsory education program in the 3T area. The purpose of implementing the compulsory education policy in the 3T area is to increase the GER and reduce the number of children dropping out of school in the 3T area. In implementing the compulsory education policy in the 3T area, there is a process that must be passed and the process cannot be separated from an obstacle that occurs in the field such as the lack of awareness of parents about the importance of children's education, economic limitations, limited access to schools and the lack of educational facilities in an area. . The government's strategy to solve these obstacles is by building school facilities, providing educational scholarships, improving access to education and conducting socialization about the importance of education. The strategy is carried out with a structural approach and a behavioral approach. This is solely for the sake of realizing success in implementing compulsory education policies in 3T.
