Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pada sekolah multi jenjang di SILN Kota Kinabalu Sabah Malaysia. Sarana dan Prasarana merupakan hal yang penting dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Tantangan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SILN berbeda dengan sekolah dalam negeri, karena SILN membuka layanan pendidikan multi jenjang. SIKK adalah SILN dengan jenjang layanan pendidikan paling lengkap di seluruh dunia dengan jumlah siswa paling banyak yang mencapai lebih dari 22.000 orang pada tahun 2023, karena SIKK menjadi Sekolah Induk bagi ratusan sekolah cabang di Sabah dan Sarawak Malaysia, sehingga pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SIKK memerlukan teknik dan strategi yang berbeda dengan yang biasa dilakukan sekolah di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan secara lengkap bagaimana pengalaman Informan dalam melakuan Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana di SIKK. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara teori, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SIKK sesuai dengan pedoman, namun karena SIKK berada diluar negeri, sehingga perlu menyesuaikan dengan aturan dan kebijakan dari negara setempat. Adanya aturan dan kebijakan dari dua negara berbeda membuat SIKK harus fleksibel dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana di SIKK sudah cukup baik dengan adanya praktik dalam hal teknik dan strategi pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pada SILN penyelengara layanan pendidikan Multi Jenjang.

This research aimed to describe the management of facilities and infrastructure in a multi-grade school at the Indonesian School Abroad (SILN) in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia. Facilities and infrastructure are essential components in the implementation of education. The challenges of managing facilities and infrastructure at SILN differ from those in domestic schools, as SILN offers multi-grade educational services. SIKK is the SILN with the most comprehensive range of educational services worldwide, with the largest number of students exceeding 22,000 in 2023. Given that SIKK serves as the parent school for hundreds of branch schools in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia, the management of facilities and infrastructure at SIKK requires different techniques and strategies compared to those typically employed by schools in Indonesia. A qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach was used to comprehensively describe the informants' experiences in managing facilities and infrastructure at SIKK. The research findings indicate that, theoretically, the management of facilities and infrastructure at SIKK aligns with the guidelines. However, due to SIKK's location abroad, it is necessary to adapt to the rules and regulations of the host country. The existence of regulations and policies from two different countries requires SIKK to be flexible in implementing facilities and infrastructure management. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the management of facilities and infrastructure at SIKK is fairly good, with the implementation of techniques and strategies for managing facilities and infrastructure in a multi-grade SILN.
