Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) merupakan elemen penting dalam keberhasilan program pembangunan nasional. Permasalahan SDM tidak terlepas dari permasalahan tenaga kerja, mutu tenaga kerja tergantung pada kualitas SDM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis untuk menemukan pengaruh langsung signifikan positif Self-Efficacy, Knowledge, Attitude, Morality terhadap Achievement; menganalisis untuk menemukan pengaruh langsung signifikan positif Career Motivation, Achievement dan Skill terhadap Career Outcome; serta menganalisis untuk menemukan pengaruh tidak langsung Self-Efficacy, Knowledge, atittude, dan Morality terhadap Career Outcome melalui Achievement pada Lulusan Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi Penerbangan di bawah Pusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Perhubungan Udara (PPSDMPU) yang bekerja sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di kantor PPSDMPU dan 8 Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT).
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian noneksperimen eksplanatori dengan menggunakan metode survei kausal. Populasi dan sampel adalah Lulusan Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi Penerbangan di bawah pembinaan PPSDMPU yang bekerja sebagai ASN di kantor PPSDMPU dan 8 UPT. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan survei secara langsung dengan membagikan kuesioner. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS).
Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa: (1) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Achievement (p-value 0.000), (2) Knowledge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Achievement (p-value 0.027), (3) Attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Achievement (p-value 0.000), (4) Morality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Achievement (p-value 0.001), (5) Achievement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome (p-value 0.001), (6) Career Motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome (p-value 0.000), (7) Skill berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome (p-value 0.002), (8) Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome melalui Achievement (p-value 0.045), (9) Knowledge tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Career Outcome melalui Achievement (p-value 0.121 >0.10), (10) Attitude berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome melalui Achievement (p-value 0.056), dan (11) Morality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Career Outcome melalui Achievement (p-value 0.073) pada Lulusan Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi Penerbangan di bawah PPSDMPU yang bekerja sebagai ASN di kantor PPSDMPU dan 8 UPT.
Kebaruan penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran Morality dalam meningkatkan Job Achievement. Selain 3 Kompetensi inti Skill, Knowledge and Attitude (SKA), moral perlu menjadi kompetensi inti Skill, Knowledge, Attitude and Morality (SKAM) bagi Lulusan Pendidikan Tinggi Vokasi Penerbangan di Indonesia khususnya Pendidikan Vokasi Penerbangan di lingkungan PPSDMPU.

The quality of Human Resources (HR) is an important element in the success of national development programs. HR problems can not be separated from labor problems, the quality of the workforce depends on the quality of human resources. The purpose of this research is to analyze to find a significant positive direct effect of Self-Efficacy, Knowledge, Attitude, Morality on Achievement; analyze to find a significant positive direct effect of Career Motivation, Achievement, and Skill on Career Outcome; and analyze to find the indirect effect of Self-Efficacy, Knowledge, Attitude, and Morality on Career Outcome through Achievement of Aviation Vocational Higher Education Graduates under the Center for Human Resources Development on Civil Aviation (CHRDCA) who work as civil servants in CHRDCA and 8 satelites.
This research uses an explanatory non-experimental type. The population and sample are Aviation Vocational Higher Education Graduates under the guidance of CHRDCA who work as civil servants in the CHRDCA and 8 satelites. The data collection method using a direct survey by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS).
The results of this research state that: (1) Self-Efficacy has positive and significant effect on Achievement (p-value 0.000), (2) Knowledge has positive and significant effect on Achievement (p-value 0.027), (3) Attitude has positive and significant effect on Achievement (p-value 0.000), (4) Morality has positive and significant effect on Achievement (p-value 0.001), ( 5) Achievement has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome (p-value 0.001), (6) Career Motivation has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome (p-value 0.000), (7) Skill has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome (p-value 0.002), (8) Self-Efficacy has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome through Achievement (p-value 0.045), (9 ) Knowledge has no significant effect on Career Outcome through Achievement (p-value 0.121 >0.10), (10) Attitude has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome through Achievement (p-value 0.056), and (11) Morality has positive and significant effect on Career Outcome through Achievement (p-value 0.073) in Aviation Vocational Higher Education Graduates under PPSDMPU who work as ASN at CHRDCA and 8 satelites.
The novelty of this research is the importance of morality's role in improving Job Achievement. In addition to the 3 core competencies of Skill, Knowledge and Attitude (SKA), morals need to be the core competencies of Skill, Knowledge, Attitude and Morality (SKAM) for Aviation Graduates of Higher Education Vocational in Indonesia, especially Aviation Vocational Education in CHRDCA.
