PERSEPSI SISWA MENGENAI KASUS KEKERASAN DI SEKOLAH OLEH SISWA TERHADAP GURU DI SMA NEGERI 1 TORJUN

STUDENT PERCEPTION OF VIOLENCE CASE IN SCHOOL BY STUDENTS ON TEACHERS IN SMA 1 TORJUN

Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap tindakan siswa yang melakukan kekerasan terhadap guru honorer di SMA Negeri 1 Torjun dan  mengetahui cara mengatasi kekerasan di SMA Negeri 1 Torjun. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasu., Menggunakan teknik data wawancara dengan 8 informan dari guru dan siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Torjun. Hasil penelitian persepsi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Torjun mengenai kekerasan yang terjadi terhadap guru honorer, sebagian besar  persepsi siswa negatif dikarenakan sikap yang dilakukan oleh seorang siswa sudah dikatakan tidak wajar dan dianggap melanggar norma kehidupan baik norma agama, norma kesopanan, norma kesusilaan, dan norma hukum sehingga tindakan tersebut dianggap negatif oleh siswa, tapi ada salah satu siswa yang beranggapan positif dikarenakan sikap yang dilakukan guru pada kejadian tersebut mungkin dianggap memalukan bagi siswa sehingga tindakan tersebut terjadi. Cara mengatasi permasalahan tersebut kepala sekolah menerapkan budaya damai dalam lingkungan sekolah dan mengadakan sosialisasi kepada wali murid mengenai prilaku siswa disekolah.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the student's perception of the student's actions to violence against an honorary teacher at SMA Negeri 1 Torjun and to learn how to overcome the violence at SMA Negeri 1 Torjun. Methods of study using a qualitative approach to case studies, using the technique of data interviews with 8 informant from teachers or students in SMA Negeri 1 Torjun. The results of the perception study of siswaSman A Negeri 1 Torjun about the violence that occurred against the teacher Honorer, Most of the student's perception is negative due to the attitude that a student has said is unnatural and is considered to violate the norm of good life, religious norms, norms of politeness, moral norms, and legal norms so that the action is considered negative by the students, but there is one student who assumes positive due to the attitudes that the teacher had on the incident may be embarrassed for How to overcome the problems of the school principal to apply a peaceful culture in the school environment and to conduct socialization to the parents about the students ' attitudes in the schools.
