Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning yang layak meliputi valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tiga tahapan dari model 3D, yaitu tahapan pendefinisian (define), perancangan (design), dan pengembangan (develop) dan diujicobakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran di kelas XI MM 1 dan XI MM 2 SMK Negeri Senduro Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017 dengan One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan meliputi: (a) Silabus, (b) Skenario RPP, (c) Buku Siswa, (d) LKS, (e) Lembar Penilaian Keterampilan Proses Sains. Parameter penelitian yang diukur adalah validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui metode validasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Keterampilan proses sains siswa dianalisis melalui uji t-berpasangan dan perhitungan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (a) Perangkat pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media PhET yang dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori valid, (b) kegiatan pembelajaran terlaksana dengan sangat baik, dan (c) keterampilan proses sains siswa tergolong kategori sedang, dan (d) siswa memberikan respon sangat positif terhadap pembelajaran yang sudah dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media PhET yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa.

The aim of this research is to produce a physics learning package by Problem Based Learning model that valid, practical, and effective to improve the science process skill of students. This research was conducted in three stages of 3D model, which are defining, develop, and tested in the 11th MM 1 and 11th MM 2 grade of SMK Negeri Senduro in even semester of academic year 2016/2017 with the design of one group pre-test post-test design. Learning package developed consist of (a) Syllabus, (b) Lesson plan, (c) Student Book, (d) Worksheet, and (e) Sheet of Assesment science process skills. Parameters measured were the validity of research, practicality, and effectiveness of the observation, test, and questionnaire. The result were analyzed by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Students science process skills were analyzed with t-test paired and n-gain. The results showed that (a) the leraning package developed category is very valid, (b) learning activities very successfully, (c) the ability science process skills category was, and (d) students responded very positively to learning that is implemented. Based on the analysis and discussion concluded that the learning package model of problem based learning assisted by media PhET developed feasible use to improve students science process skills.
