REDESIGN OF DANDER TRADITIONAL MARKET IN BOJONEGORO REGENCY BASED ON SNI 8152:2021 OF PEOPLE'S MARKET
Pasar tradisional menjadi salah satu sektor perekonomian yang cukup penting bagi penduduk di Indonesia. Pasar Dander merupakan pasar tradisional yang banyak dikunjungi bersama 5 pasar tradisional lainnya di Kecamatan Dander. Permasalahan umum di Pasar Dander masih sering terjadi, yakni kemacetan di jalan raya sekitar pasar, zonasi pada area dagang yang belum sesuai, dan belum adanya aksesibilitas disabilitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas operasional pasar, kenyamanan dan fungsional pasar agar memenuhi pengaturan SNI Pasar Rakyat 8152:2021 yang difokuskan pada aspek aksesibilitas dan zonasi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R&D) hingga tiga tahap yakni yaitu Riset/Penelitian (Research), Perencanaan (Planning), Pengembangan (Development). Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan pengaturan ulang berdasarkan pada SNI Pasar Rakyat 8152:2021. Pembagian zonasi ruang dagang pada lantai 1 difokuskan pada pangan basah, sembako, makanan siap saji, dan non-pangan. Pada lantai 2 diperuntukkan untuk area dagang kering, kebutuhan rumah tangga, dan jasa. Luas ruang dagang untuk kios 9 m2, los 2,6 m2, dan bedak 4 m2. Lebar koridor berukuran 2 m dan 3 m di bagian lantai 1. Sedangkan di lantai 2 koridor berukuran 1,5 m. Penambahan aksesibilitas berupa ramp, dan penataan area parkir area roda 2 dan roda 4 dipisah.

Traditional markets are one of the most important economic sectors for the people in Indonesia. Dander Market is a much-visited traditional market along with 5 other traditional markets in Dander District. Common problems in Dander Market still occur frequently, namely congestion on the highway around the market, zoning in the trading area that is not yet appropriate, and the absence of disability accessibility. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of market operations, comfort and functionality of the market so that it meets the regulations of SNI People's Market 8152: 2021 which is focused on aspects of accessibility and zoning. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) research method up to three stages, namely Research, Planning, Development. The results of the research that has been carried out are rearranged based on SNI People's Market 8152: 2021. The division of trade space zoning on the 1st floor is focused on wet food, groceries, ready meals, and non-food. On the 2nd floor is intended for dry trading areas, household needs, and services. The trade space area for kiosks is 9 m2, los 2.6 m2, and powder 4 m2. The width of the corridor is 2 m and 3 m on the first floor, while on the second floor the corridor is 1.5 m wide. The addition of accessibility in the form of ramps, and the arrangement of parking areas for 2-wheeled and 4-wheeled areas are separated.
