PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN BLENDED LEARNING “CLASS DOJO” UNTUK MENGETAHUI HASIL BELAJAR KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA BAHASA JERMAN KELAS XI-IPA SMAN 12 SURABAYA

Blended Learning disebut juga pembelajaran gabungan. Model pembelajaran ini menggabungkan pembelajaran tatap muka dan juga e-learning. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana hasil belajar keterampilan membaca bahasa Jerman peserta didik kelas XI IPA mengenai penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning “Class Dojo” di SMAN 12 Surabaya, dan bagaimana respons peserta didik kelas XI IPA terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning “Class Dojo”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil belajar serta respons peserta didik terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning untuk keterampilan membaca bahasa Jerman kelas XI SMAN 12 Surabaya melalui penggunaan Platform “Class Dojo”. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Permasalahan yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan metode daring selama masa pandemi menyebabkan ketergantungan peserta didik akan pembelajaran menggunakan ponsel. Sehingga, perlu adanya kolaborasi antara model pembelajaran konvensional dan online learning. Oleh karena itu, diterapkannya model pembelajaran blended learning dengan bantuan media berupa platform “Class Dojo”. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, keberhasilan dalam penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning dengan “Class Dojo” mencapai 93,0%, dan respons peserta didik menunjukkan respons positif, hal ini dikarenakan banyak peserta didik yang merasa terbantu dengan penerapan model pembelajaran blended learning. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil yang cukup baik dan dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian lain yang menggunakan model pembelajaran blended learning baik untuk pembelajaran bahasa Jerman maupun mata pelajaran lainnya.
Blended learning is also called combined learning. It combines face-to-face learning and e-learning. The research questions in this study are: how are the learning outcomes of German reading skills of second grade senior high school students regarding the implementation of blended learning model "Class Dojo" at SMAN 12 Surabaya, and how are the responses of second grade senior high school students to the implementation of blended learning model "Class Dojo" in German reading skills at SMAN 12 Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes and students' responses to the implementation of a blended learning model for the German reading skills of second grade senior high school students at SMAN 12 Surabaya through the implementation of the "Class Dojo" platform. This research uses qualitative and descriptive methods. The problem behind this research is that the implementation of online methods during the pandemic has caused students' dependence on learning using cellphones. Thus, there is a need for collaboration between conventional learning models and online learning. Therefore, the blended learning model is applied with the help of the media "Class Dojo". The results of this study show that the success rate in the implementation of the blended learning model with "Class Dojo" reached 93.0%, and the response of students showed a positive response. This is because many students felt helped by the implementation of the blended learning model. It can be concluded that this study obtained good results and can be used as reference material for other studies that use blended learning models, both for German language learning and other subjects.
