Program Jemput Bola Administrasi Kependudukan merupakan salah satu inovasi yang diterapkan di Kabupaten Bojonegoro dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan, mempercepat proses layanan, dan mengatasi sejumlah masalah yang sering muncul dalam pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Masalah-masalah tersebut meliputi pelayanan yang lambat, proses yang rumit, persepsi masyarakat tentang kesulitan dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan, terutama bagi penduduk lanjut usia dan penyandang disabilitas. Akibatnya, cakupan kepemilikan dokumen kependudukan di Desa Karangmangu, Kecamatan Ngambon, Kabupaten Bojonegoro belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran umum tentang data yang dikumpulkan secara objektif dari lapangan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi dan wawancara dengan beberapa informan. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pelayanan E-KTP dalam menentukan target sasaran telah tepat, yaitu ditujukan kepada masyarakat di Kabupaten Bojonegoro yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus, lansia, dan mereka yang memenuhi syarat untuk perekaman E-KTP. Program ini disosialisasikan oleh tim pelaksana di lokasi yang telah ditentukan untuk penyelenggaraan Program Jemput Bola. Monitoring program ini dilakukan secara langsung oleh tim pelaksana dan secara tidak langsung melalui evaluasi data oleh Kepala Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Bojonegoro .

The Population Administration Pick-up Ball Program is one of the innovations implemented in Bojonegoro Regency with the aim of improving service quality, speeding up the service process, and overcoming a number of problems that often arise in population administration services. These problems include slow services, complicated processes, public perception of difficulties in processing population documents, especially for the elderly and people with disabilities. As a result, the coverage of ownership of population documents in Karangmangu Village, Ngambon District, Bojonegoro Regency is not yet optimal. This research aims to provide a general overview of data collected objectively from the field using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve observation and interviews with several informants. The data was then analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The research results show that the implementation of E-KTP services in determining targets has been appropriate, namely aimed at people in Bojonegoro Regency who have special needs, the elderly, and those who meet the requirements for E-KTP recording. This program is socialized by the implementing team at the location determined for the implementation of the Ball Pick Up Program. Monitoring of this program is carried out directly by the implementing team and indirectly through data evaluation by the Head of the Bojonegoro Regency Population and Civil Registration Service.
