Pengembangan Media Video Tutorial Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Membuat Apel Pie Siswa Tunarungu
Development of Video Tutorial Media to Improve The Ability to Make Apple Pies for Deaf Students
Siswa di sekolah formal tidak hanya diajarkan kemampuan akademik, tetapi juga diajarkan mengenai keterampilan hidup (salah satunya pendidikan vokasional). Siswa tunarungu memiliki keterbatasan pada pendengaran sehingga membutuhkan suatu media yang bersifat visual untuk memperoleh suatu informasi, seperti media video tutorial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu produk media video tutorial pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tata boga dengan materi pembuatan apel pie untuk siswa tunarungu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Produk yang dikembangkan divalidasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan diuji cobakan terhadap praktisi (guru pembelajaran keterampilan vokasional tata boga SLB-B Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo), serta user (siswa tunarungu pembelajaran vokasional tata boga SLB-B Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo). Analisis data menggunakan skala likert dan perhitungan rata-rata sederhana, kemudian diinterpretasikan berdasarkan kategori kelayakan produk menurut Arikunto. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang dilakukan oleh validator ahli media, ahli materi, praktisi (guru), dan user (siswa) memperoleh tingkat kelayakan sangat baik atau sangat layak dengan presentasi penilaian 98,63% dan 84,93%, 82,5%, 93,6%, serta 81,69% dan 86%.
Students in formal schools are not only taught academic skills, but also life skills (one of which is vocational education). This research aims to develop a video tutorial media product for learning vocational skills in culinary with apple pie making material for deaf students. Deaf students have limited hearing so they need a visual media to obtain information, such as video tutorial media. This research uses the ADDIE research and development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The products developed were validated by media experts, material experts, and tested on practitioners (teachers of vocational culinary skills SLB-B Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo), as well as users (deaf students of vocational culinary learning SLB-B Dharma Wanita Sidoarjo). Data analysis used a Likert scale and a simple average calculation, then interpreted based on the product feasibility category according to Arikunto. Based on the results of the assessment conducted by media expert validators, material experts, practitioners (teachers), and users (students) obtained a very good or very feasible level of feasibility with an assessment presentation of 98.63% and 84.93%, 82.5%, 93.6%, and 81.69% and 86%.
