STUDI KEPUSTAKAAN PENERAPAN KONSELING COGNITIVE INFORMATION PROCESSING (CIP) DALAM LINGKUP PENDIDIKAN

LIBRARY RESEARCH APPLICATION OF COGNITIVE INFORMATION PROCESSING (CIP) COUNSELING WITHIN SCOPE OF EDUCATION

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keberhasilan penerapan konseling Cognitive Information Processing (CIP) dalam lingkup pendidikan lewat sumber yang bersal dari bahan pustaka dengan kata lain metode mengkaji berdasaarkan literasi-literasi sebagai sumber datanya. Adapun metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Untuk menjaga ketepatan pengkajian dan mencegah kesalahan informasi dalam proses analisis daa, maka dilakukan pengecekan pustaka yang digunakan serta memperhatikan saran dari pembimbing. Hasil studi terhadap 10 jurnal penelitian menghasilkan data yaitu: 1) penerapan konseling CIP terbukti dapat membantu konselor dan konseli dalam penanganan masalah perencanaan karir dan pengambilan keputusan karir yang dialami oleh konseli, 2) teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain one group pre-test post-test, randomized controlled trials design, career thought inventory,CASVE. 3) ruang lingkup dan sasaran dari konseling CIP adalah siswa Sekolah Menengah hingga Mahasiswa dan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah. 4) adapun pada masing-masing jurnal memberikan saran baik kepada guru Bimbingan dan Konseling maupun para peneliti selannjutnya.

This study aims to examine the success of the application of Cognitive Information Processing (CIP) counseling in the sphere of education through sources derived from library materials in other words, the method of assessing literacy as a data source. The data collection method in this study is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used in this study was content analysis. To maintain the accuracy of the assessment and prevent misinformation in the data analysis process, it is necessary to check the literature used and pay attention to suggestions from the supervisor. The results of the study on 10 research journals produced data, namely: 1) the application of CIP counseling was proven to be able to help counselors and counselees in handling career planning problems and career decision making experienced by counselees, 2) the techniques used in this study included one group pre-test. post-test, randomized controlled trials design, career thought inventory, CASVE. 3) the scope and objectives of the CIP counseling are Middle School students to Guidance and Counseling Students and Teachers in schools. 4) while in each journal provide advice to both the Guidance and Counseling teacher and the next researchers.
