Pengembangan Modul Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Kepegawaian Berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL)
Development of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Based Personnel Governance Automation Module
This development research aims to determine the development process, feasibility, and students' responses to the use of the Personnel Management Automation module based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). The research method used by researchers is research and development (R&D) with the development model used by researchers, namely the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research was conducted at Ketintang Vocational School, Surabaya, on 20 class XI OTKP-2 students. The research instruments used were validation sheets (material expert validation, expert validation) and student response questionnaire sheets with the data analysis technique used, namely quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that the development of this PBL-based module was made in accordance with the ADDIE development model which only reached the implementation stage, the dissemination stage was carried out after this research was submitted; The validation results from experts regarding the feasibility of the module obtained a validation percentage from material experts of 90% in the very feasible category, validation from language experts of 100% in the very feasible category and validation from graphics experts of 97% in the very feasible category. The total expert validation results were 96% with a very feasible category; and the results of limited testing of textbooks on students obtained a percentage of 83% with a very feasible category. This shows that the module that has been developed by researchers is declared feasible.
