Alexander Geodicke's Etude Trumpet Concert (Analysis Of Trumpet Techniques) 

Concert Etude memiliki tempo yang cepat, dengan tempo 152bpm. Dalam lagu ini bernuansa lincah dan juga tegang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui teknik permainan trumpet pada lagu Concert Etude. (2) Untuk mengetahui bagian per bagian bentuk musik didalam lagu Concert Etude. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di kota Tanjung Selor, Kalimantan Utara, dengan objek penelitian lagu Concert Etude. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan antara lain reduksi data, penyajian data teks yang naratif, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat diketahui bahwa lagu Concert Etude memiliki Tema Melodi yang diulang dan dibikin beberapa variasi dan banyak muncul di beberapa bagian selanjutnya. Terdapat teknik-teknik yang sulit dimainkan, seperti : (1) Double Tounging, merupakan hal yang sangat penting didalam lagu ini, terutama Tema Utama yang selalu muncul dengan teknik Artikulasi (Double Tounging) di bebani dengan notasi 1/16 dengan tempo Allegro. (2) Ambasir, merupakan teknik yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap Tone Colour, Intonasi dan juga Artikulasi. (3) Tone Colour juga perlu sangat dijaga agar bunyi yang terdengar jelas dan bersih.

The method used in this reseearch is descriptive qualitative research. Reaasearch location in the city of Tanjung Selor, North Kalimantan Utara, with the object of the reaserch song Concert Etude. Data Collection Techniques used include data reduction, narative text, data presentation, as well as gathering conclusions and verification. Based on the result of the study, it is know that the Etude Concert song has a Melody. Theme thats is repeated and made for various variations and appears a lot in the next few section. There are techniques that are difficult to play, such as: (1) Double Tounging, which is very important in this song, especially the Main Theme that always appears with Articulation (Double Tounging) technique which is loaded with 1/16 notation with Allegro Tempo. (2) Embucher, is as technique that is very influence in Colour Tone, Intonation and Articulation. (3) The tone of tone also needs to be very carefully maintained so that the sound that are clear and clean.
