Implementation of Text Procedure in The Video Tutorials in Social Media Tik Tok

Penelitian ini didasari oleh munculnya video tutorial memasak yang beredar di media sosial, Tik Tok. Munculnya video tutorial memasak sempat menjadi viral dan diikuti oleh pengguna media sosial. Dengan tujuan awal sebagai hiburan selama karantina mandiri, kini banyak pencipta konten yang membagikan beragam video tutorial memasak di media sosialnya. Dengan adanya fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui implementasi struktur teks prosedur dan aspek kebahasaan para pencipta konten video tutorial memasak dalam media sosial Tik Tok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa transkripsi dari 50 video tutorial memasak dalam media sosial Tik Tok yang diambil selama 6 bulan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, teknik catat, dan transkripsi data. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati video tutorial memasak di media sosial Tik Tok. Selain itu, pencatatan dilakukan untuk mencatat nama-nama akun pengguna Tik Tok yang memiliki konten memasak. Selanjutnya, video yang sudah terkumpul ditranskripsi untuk mempermudah proses analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur video tutorial memasak cenderung sama dengan struktur teks prosedur. Struktur tersebut terdiri atas tiga bagian, yaitu pendahuluan, pembahasan, dan penutup. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis implementasi bagian struktur yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 45 data yang menggunakan tiga struktur teks prosedur. Pada bagian kebahasaan, video tutorial memasak juga cenderung mengikuti kebahasaan teks prosedur. Hal tersebut terbukti dari hasil analisis bagian pembahasan yang menyatakan bahwa 50 data menggunakan kalimat perintah dan kata kerja imperatif, serta 46 data menggunakan konjungsi temporal. Selain itu, video tutorial memasak memiliki kekhasan dari segi kebahasaan, misalnya penggunaan kata sapaan, campur kode bahasa Inggris, kalimat argumentasi, dan kata seru. 

This research is based on the emergence of cooking tutorial videos circulating on Tik Tok, social media. The emergence of cooking tutorial videos went viral and was followed by social media users. With the initial aim of being entertainment during self-quarantine, now many content creators are sharing various cooking tutorial videos on their social media. From this phenomenon, this study was conducted to determine implementation of the procedural text structure and linguistic aspects of the cooking tutorial video content creators on Tik Tok social media. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data used in this study were transcriptions of 50 cooking tutorial videos on Tik Tok social media which were taken for 6 months. Data were collected using observation techniques, note-taking techniques, and data transcription. Observations are made to observe cooking tutorial videos on Tik Tok social media. In addition, recorded the names of Tik Tok user accounts that have cooking content. Furthermore, the videos that have been collected are transcribed to facilitate the data analysis process. The results showed that the structure of the cooking tutorial videos tended to be the same as the structure of the procedure text. The structure consists of three parts, namely an introduction, discussion, and closing. This can be proven by the results of the analysis of the implementation of the structure section which shows that there are 45 data using three procedural text structures. In the language section, cooking tutorial videos also tend to follow the procedural text language. This is evident from the results of the analysis of the discussion section which states that 50 data use imperative command sentences and verbs, and 46 data use temporal conjunctions. In addition, cooking tutorial videos have specificities in terms of language, for example the use of greeting words, mixing English code, argumentation sentences, and interjection words.
