ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENURUNAN PENDAPATAN PEDAGANG DI PASAR BARU TULANGAN KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
ANALYSIS OF FACTORS OF DECREASE IN TRADER'S INCOME IN PASAR BARU TULANGAN SIDOARJO REGENCY
Abstrak
Pasar Tulangan lama berdiri sejak 18 Mei 1964, berlokasi di Jalan Raya Kepadangan No 35, area sawah, Kecamtan Tulangan. Pada tanggal 20 juni 2017 Pasar Tulangan resmi dipindah atau relokasi yang tempatnya berada dijalan raya Kepadangan No 1, Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, kemudian pada tanggal 14 agustus 2019 Pasar Baru Tulangan resmi di bangun menjadi Pasar Baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mengetahui kondisi ekonomi pedagang setelah adanya relokasi dan revitalisasi berupa pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Baru Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, 2) menganalisis faktor-faktor penurunan pendapatan sebelum dan sesudah Pasar Baru Tulangan dibangun, meliputi total rata-rata seluruh pedagang diantaranya modal usaha, biaya pengeluaran pedagang, serta biaya retribusi pedagang.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survei. Jumlah populasi pedagang sebanyak 265 orang yaitu pedagang lama. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Peneliti mengambil sampel sebanyak 55 pedagang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan melalui wancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian menghasilkan kondisi ekonomi pedagang setelah Pasar Baru Tulangan direlokasi dan direvitalisasi, pendapatan pedagang menurun menjadi Kurang dari Rp. 2.000.000 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 orang, dengan selisih persentasenya dari pendapatan pedagang sebelum dibangun dan direlokasi sebesar 7,2%. Perbandingan analisis faktor-faktor pendapatan pedagang sebelum direlokasi dan direvitalisasi dengan rata-rata perhitungan pendapatan total pedagang sebesar Rp 17.396.818, sedangkan hasil rata-rata pedagang di Pasar Baru Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo, sesudah direlokasi dan dibangun. Menghasilkan perhitungan rata-rata pendapatan yaitu Rp. 7.178.636.

Abstract
The old Tulangan Market was established since May 18, 1964, located at Jalan Raya Kenongo No 35, rice field area, Tulangan. On June 20, 2017, Tulangan Market was officially relocated or relocated which is located in Jalan Raya Kengan No 1, Tulangan District Sidoarjo Regency, then on August 14, 2019 Pasar Baru Tulangan was officially built into Pasar Baru. This research aims to 1) know the economic condition of traders after the relocation and revitalization of traders' income in Tulangan New Market Sidoarjo Regency, 2) analyze the factors of income decline before and after Tulangan New Market is built, covering the total average of all traders including: business capital, trader's expenses, and merchant levy costs.
This study uses this type of survey research. The population of traders is 265 people who are old traders. Samples are taken using purposive sampling methods. Researchers sampled as many as 55 traders. Data collection methods are used through wancara, and documentation. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive.
The results of the study resulted in the economic condition of traders after the Tulangan New Market was relocated and revitalized, the trader's income decreased to Less than Rp. 2,000,000 with the number of respondents as many as 22 people, with a percentage difference of the trader's income before construction and relocation of 7.2%. The comparison of the analysis of the trader's income factors before relocation and built with the average calculation of the total trader's income is Rp 17,396,818, while the average result of traders in Tulangan New Market Sidoarjo Regency, after being relocated and built. Generated an average calculation of income of Rp. 7,178,636.
