This
study aims to identify efforts to improve the learning outcomes of class XI
Digital Business students at SMKN 1 Sooko in the Transaction Administration
subject, especially the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) material. This study
was motivated by the low achievement of learning outcomes of class XI BD
students, which is indicated by the large number of students who have not met
the assessment standards. The research method used is a qualitative method with
a phenomenological approach, with data collection techniques through
observation, interviews, respondent questionnaires and documentation.
The
results of the study indicate that efforts to improve the learning outcomes of
class XI students in schools are by using innovative learning methods, such as
project-based learning and group discussions, which can improve students'
understanding of the SOP material. Teachers play an important role in creating
an interactive and interesting learning atmosphere, so as to motivate students
to be more active in the learning process. In addition, other supporting
factors, such as facilities and infrastructure and school support, also
influence the success of improving student learning outcomes.
This
study is expected to be a reference for educators and schools in designing more
effective learning strategies to improve the quality of education, especially
in vocational education. By understanding students' needs and implementing
appropriate learning methods, it is expected that student learning outcomes can
be significantly improved. This study examines learning strategies, learning
evaluations, and internal and external factors that influence student learning
outcomes. The results of the study indicate that innovative learning
strategies, student motivation, optimal use of learning media, effective
teacher-student interaction, relevant curriculum, and varied learning methods
play an important role in improving learning outcomes. This study concludes
that improving student learning outcomes can be achieved through the
development of relevant learning strategies, increasing student motivation,
optimizing the use of learning media, strengthening teacher-student
interaction, evaluating and developing the curriculum.
