Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh blended learning yang digunakan saat pelaksanaan pembelajaran terhadap berpikir tingkat tinggi dan self regulated learning mahasiswa di STIT Al-Karimiyyah Sumenep.
Penelitian ini menggunakan blended learning. Uji validitas dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat ketepatan pengukuran melalui expert/ahli untuk mengetahui tingkat kehandalan konstruksi (construct validity), sedangkan untuk melihat kesahihan maka dilakukan uji validitas isi (content validity). Setelah instrumen dinyatakan handal, selanjutnya instrumen tes digunakan untuk pengukuran sebenarnya melalui pretest dan posttest dengan menggunakan rumus sign test melalui SPSS 24 untuk menilai berpikir tingkat tinggi. Adapun instrumen angket digunakan untuk mengukur self regulated learning dengan menggunakan persentase.
Dari hasil observasi terhadap mahasiswa dalam penerapan blended learning terhadap berpikir tingkat tinggi yang dilakukan pengamat memperoleh hasil rata-rat 93,4%, dari hasil observasi tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mahasiswa mampu mencapai berpikir tingkat tinggi dengan penerapan blended learning dalam pembelajaran di kelas. Dan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adapun hasil angket terhadap self regulated learning secara keseluruhan aspek mendapat nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penerapan blended learning terhadap berpikir tingkat tinggi dan self regulated learning pada mata kuliah analisis kebijakan pendidikan islam si STIT Al-Karamiyyah Sumenep

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of blended learning which is used when implementing learning towards higher level thinking and self regulated learning of students at STIT Al-Karimiyyah Sumenep.
This research uses blended learning. Validity test is carried out to determine the level of accuracy of measurement through an expert / expert to determine the level of construction reliability (construct validity), while to see the validity of the content validity test. After the instrument is declared reliable, then the test instrument is used for actual measurement through pretest and posttest by using the sign test formula through SPSS 24 to assess high-level thinking.
