EFEKTIVITAS BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK TEKNIK CINEMA THERAPY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN ACADEMIC SELF EFFICACY SISWA SMK
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GROUP GUIDANCE WITH CINEMA THERAPY TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE ACADEMIC SELF-EFFICACY OF SMK STUDENTS
Academic self-efficacy adalah keyakinan bahwa seseorang dapat mencapai tujuan atau hasil prestasi yang akan berdampak pada kehidupannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik cinema therapy efektif untuk meningkatkan academic self-efficacy siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian pre-experimental one grup pre-test post-test. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu instrument angket untuk mengukur tingkat academic self-efficacy siswa SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya. Analisis data dalam penilitian ini menggunakan statistik non parametric uji Wilcoxon. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 siswa kelas X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya dengan academic self-efficacy tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Dalam penelitian ini, terdapat perubahan pada subjek yang ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 10,25 poin sebelum dan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan uji Wilcoxon menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistics versi 25 diperoleh nilai Asymp Sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,012 karena 0,012 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa bimbingan kelompok teknik cinema therapy efektif untuk meningkatkan academic self-efficacy siswa SMK.
Academic self-efficacy is the belief that a person can achieve goals or achievement results that will have an impact on his life. This study aims to determine that group guidance cinema therapy techniques are effective for increasing academic self-efficacy of vocational students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one group pre-test post-test research design. Data collection used is a questionnaire instrument to measure the level of academic self-efficacy of SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya students. Data analysis in this study used non-parametric statistics Wilcoxon test. The subjects in this study amounted to 8 students in class X TKJ 1 SMK Negeri 7 Surabaya with high, medium, and low academic self-efficacy. In this study, there was a change in the subject indicated by an increase in the average score of 10.25 points before and after treatment. Based on the results of the Wilcoxon test calculation using the SPSS Statistics version 25 application, the Asymp Sig (2 tailed) value is 0.012 because 0.012 is smaller than 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the cinema therapy group guidance technique is effective for increasing the academic self efficacy of vocational students.
