PENGEMBANGAN ROLE PLAYING GAME (RPG) BERBASIS SCRATCH SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN AKTIF DI SMAN 1 KRIAN
DEVELOPMENT OF ROLE PLAYING GAME (RPG) BASED ON SCRATCH AS AN ACTIVE LEARNING MEDIA IN SMAN 1 KRIAN
Pendekatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran merupakan salah satu satu
upaya dalam mengembangkan kemampuan sumberdaya manusia untuk
menghadapi tantangan masa revolusi industri 4.0. Media Role Playing Game
(RPG) berbasis Scratch menghadirkan media pembelajaran inovatif berbasis
digital yang interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran aktif materi sejarah di kelas
X-1 SMAN 1 Krian. Media RPG berbasis Scratch dikembangkan dengan
menggunakan model ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, dan
evaluation). Hasil dari penilaian dan validasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi.
Hasil penilaian ahli media mendapat presentase sebesar 81,88% dengan kategori
sangat layak, hasil penilaian ahli materi medapat persentase sebesar 84,06%
dengan kategori sangat layak, dan hasil penilaian angket pengguna oleh peserta
didik kelas X-1 SMAN 1 Krian mendapat persentase sebesar 86,43% dengan
kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian, Media RPG berbasis Scratch
dinyatakan sebagai media yang sangat layak untuk digunakan dan mampu
menjadi media pembelajaran aktif.

The technological approach in education is one of the efforts to develop human
resources' capabilities to face the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Scratch-based Role-Playing Game (RPG) media presents an innovative,
interactive digital learning media as an active learning tool for history subjects in
Class X-1 at SMAN 1 Krian. The Scratch-based RPG media is developed using
the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and
evaluation). The results are assessed and validated by media experts and subject
matter experts.The assessment results by media experts achieved a percentage of
81.88% with the category "very suitable," while the assessment results by subject
matter experts obtained a percentage of 84.06% with the category "very suitable."
Furthermore, the user questionnaire results from the students of Class X-1 at
SMAN 1 Krian received a percentage of 86.43% with the category "very suitable."
Based on the assessment results, the Scratch-based RPG media is deemed highly
appropriate for use and proves to be an effective active learning tool for history
subjects.
