Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure at the Gorontalo State University Laboratory Elementary School
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan dan pengadaan sarana prasarana pendidikan, pengaturan dan penggunaan sarana prasarana pendidikan, serta penghapusan sarana prasarana pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data primer penelitian yakni kepala sekolah, ketua yayasan, wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, wakil kepala sekolah bidang sarana dan prasarana, bendahara, walikelas, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan menggunakan uji kredibilitas yang terdiri dari triangulasi teknik, triangulasi sumber, dan juga member check. Teknis analisis data yang menggunakan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Perencanaan dan pengadaan sarana prasarana pendidikan yang dilakukan telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku; Pengaturan dan penggunaan sarana prasarana pendidikan telah dimanfaatkan secara maksimal dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran; Penghapusan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilaksanakan berdasarkan prosedur yang ada di Sekolah Dasar Laboratorium Universitas Negeri Gorontalo.

This research aims to determine the planning and procurement of educational infrastructure, the arrangement and use of educational infrastructure, as well as the elimination of educational infrastructure at the Gorontalo State University Laboratory Primary School. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a case study research design. The primary data sources for the research are the school principal, head of the foundation, deputy head of the school for curriculum, deputy head of the school for facilities and infrastructure, treasurer, class teacher, and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The data validity test was carried out using a credibility test consisting of technical triangulation, source triangulation, and also member checking. Data analysis techniques that use data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this research are that the planning and procurement of educational infrastructure has been carried out in accordance with applicable procedures, the arrangement and use of educational infrastructure has been utilized optimally to support the learning process. As well as the elimination of educational facilities and infrastructure carried out based on existing procedures at the Gorontalo State University Laboratory Elementary School.
