Pada usia 30 tahun daya tahan kardiorespirasi mengalami penurunan sebanyak 10%. Untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi dengan melakukan senam aerobik intenistas sedang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam aerobik intensitas sedang terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi pada wanita usia 30-39 tahun. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 12 orang diukur daya tahan kardiorespirasi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Daya tahan kardiorespirasi diukur dengan jalan cepat 1 mil. Data pretes dan postes dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample test. Hasil terdapat pengaruh senam aerobik intensitas sedang terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi (sig < 0,05) dan peningkatan daya tahan kardiorespirasi dari 30,551 menjadi 34,173. Disimpulkan senam aerobik intensitas sedang berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi.

At the age of 30 years old cardiorespiratory endurance decrease by 10%. To maintain and increase cardiorespiratory endurance by doing moderate aerobic exercise. The study aimed to determine the effect of moderat intensity aerobic exercise on cardiorespiratory endurance in women aged 30-39 years old. This research includes quantitative experimental research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects were 12 people measured cardiorespiratory endurance before and after treatment. Cardiorespiratory endurance is measured by rockport test. Data prestest and posttest were analyzed by paired sample test. The results had effect of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on cardiorespiratory endurance (sig <0.05) and increased cardiorespiratory endurance from 30.551 to 34.173. the conculsion that moderate intensity aerobic exercise had an effect on cardiorespiratory endurance.
