Semester Credit System Program Management (SKS) In The Independent Curriculum at SMA Labschool Unesa 1
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan manajemen program Sistem Kredit Semester (SKS) dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SMA Labschool Unesa 1 yang terbagi empat fokus yaitu meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi program. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan program SKS dilakukan melalui pengenalan program SKS kepada guru dengan kegiatan workshop dan In House Training, dan kegiatan sosialiasasi sebagai pengenalan kepada masyarakat; 2) Pengorganisasian program SKS meliputi pihak eksternal (Dinas pendidikan, Yayasan, Sekolah dan Wali Murid) dan pihak internal (Tim Pengembang Kurikulum SKS SMA Labschool Unesa 1); 3) Pelaksanaan program SKS dilakukan dengan memfasilitasi pembelajaran peserta didik yang disesuaikan dengan kecepatan belajarnya masing-masing dan pelaksanaan program SKS menggunakan sistem paket atau sudah disediakan oleh pihak sekolah; 4) Evaluasi program SKS dilaksanakan oleh pihak eksternal yaitu Dinas Pendidikan dan Yayasan Unesa, sedangkan pihak internal yaitu Kepala Sekolah melalui rapat, monitoring dan supervisi.
This study aims to describe the management of the Semester Credit System (SKS) program in the Independent Curriculum at SMA Labschool Unesa 1 which is divided into four focuses, namely planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the program. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Based on the results of the research, it shows that 1) SKS program planning is carried out through the introduction of the SKS program to teachers with workshop activities and In House Training, and outreach activities as an introduction to the community; 2) Organization of the SKS program includes external parties (Education Office, Foundations, Schools and Student Guardians) and internal parties (SKS Curriculum Development Team for SMA Labschool Unesa 1); 3) The implementation of the credit program is carried out by facilitating student learning according to their respective learning speeds and the implementation of the credit program uses a package system or has been provided by the school; 4) Evaluation of the SKS program is carried out by external parties, namely the Education Office and the Unesa Foundation, while internal parties, namely the Principal through meetings, monitoring and supervision.
