Kurikulum merupakan tumpuan utama pendidikan di Indonesia, sehingga semua hal yang berhubungan dengan pembelajaran dari mulai metode, sarana prasarana, sampai sumber belajar yang digunakan harus memenuhi tuntutan kurikulum. Penelitian pengembangan ini memiliki tujuan utama yaitu untuk menghasilkan produk berupa buku ajar berbasis scientific approach kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi sebagai sumber belajar peserta didik. Tujuan ini terdiri dari: 1) Menganalisis kelayakan buku ajar berbasis scientific approach kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi; 2) Menganalisis respon pendidik mata pelajaran ekonomi terhadap buku ajar berbasis scientific approach kurikulum 2013; 3) Menganalisis respon peserta didik terhadap buku ajar berbasis scientific approach kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D, meliputi define-design-develop-disseminate.
Hasil penelitian buku ajar ini menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan keseluruhan komponen diperoleh rata-rata sebesar 93% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Pada respon pendidik dan peserta didik didapati persentase sebesar 93% dan 96% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar berbasis scientific approach kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran ekonomi dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar tanpa revisi dan mendapatkan respon sangat baik dari pendidik maupun peserta didik.
The curriculum is the main foundation of education in Indonesia, so that all things related to learning from the start of methods, infrastructure, to the learning resources used must meet the demands of the curriculum. This development research has the main objective, namely to produce products in the form of teaching books based scientific approach on the 2013 curriculum on economic subjects as learning resources for students. This objective consists of: 1) Analyzing the feasibility of teaching books based scientific approach on the 2013 curriculum on economic subjects; 2) Analyzing the economic subjects educator responses to textbooks based on scientific approach the 2013 curriculum; 3) Analyzing the responses of students to teaching books based scientific approach on the 2013 curriculum on economic subjects. The type of research used is Research and Development (R & D) with a 4D development model, including define-design-develop-disseminate. The results of this textbook study show the overall feasibility of the components obtained by an average of 93% with very feasible criteria. In the response of educators and students found a percentage of 93% and 96% with very good criteria. Then it can be concluded that teaching books based scientific approach on the 2013 curriculum on economic subjects are stated to be very feasible to use as learning resources without revision and get responses from both educators and students.
