Kegiatan bermain juga dapat merangsang kemampuan otak anak sehingga bermain juga dapat dilakukan dengan belajar. Oleh karenanya, alat permainan edukatif harus memulai nilai – nilai pendidik yang mampu mengembangkan berbagai potensi yang dimiliki oleh anak. Permainan twister ini juga dimaksudkan agar dengan agak belajar dengan kegiatan yang menarik sehingga pembelajran akan diingat oleh anak. Permainan Twister ini merupakan APE yang bersifat modern. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan eksperimen, karena penelitian ini digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh suatu perubahan dengan adanya perlakuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi - Experimental dengan bentuk Nonequivalent control Group Design.dari analisis data wilcoxon didapat kesimpulan pengambilan keputusan Ho di tolak jika Thitung< Ttabel dan H1 diterima apabila Thitung> Ttabel. Sedangkan data diatas hasilnya 336 > 29 jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa H1 diterima Ada pengaruh permainan twister modifikasi terhadap kemampuan kosa kata bahasa inggris kelompok B TK Muslimat 192 Tarbiyatul. Sedangkan meggunakan mann whitney.penarikan kesimpulan adalah apabila nilai Uhitung< Utabel, maka HO di tolak dapat dipastikan tidak ada pengaruh dari penelitian, apabila Uhitung> Utabel maka H1 diterima dan ada pengaruh dari penelitian. Sehingga 57,75 < 75 jadi Ho diterima tidak Ada pengaruh pada kosakata bahasa Inggris anak.
