This
research objective s were to determine
and describe: (1) the cultivation of Al
Quran learning tilawati model to grow
character , (2) management function of
Al Quran learning tilawati model to foster character (3) process of Al Quran learning tilawati model to foster character , (4) the growth of 25 characters
with Al Quran learning with tilawati mod el to foster character .
The
recent nation character s are decreasing, the number of
deviant behaviors are inevitable concrete
evidence s . This condition
indicates that education still cannot meet the expectations, including the intellect generation and possessed superior character.
Al
Quran learning tilawati mod el is one of way to grow student’s character that has been
cultivated in several formal schools.
This
research used a
qualitative naturalistic approach while the type of research was a multi – case s study. The data sources
consisted of principals, teachers, supervisors, students and documents that
support the research focus. Data sources were explored through observation,
interviews, and documentation
To
validate the data , the validity
test was conducted b y
using four standarts namely: credibility,
transferability, dependability dan
confirmability .
The
next step was performed data analyis through data reduction, data presentation,
and conclusion drawing.
The
results showed that the culture of learning the Quran with the tilawati model
using a systemic management function and a learning model could foster the
character of students in the schools.
