Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work-based learning (WBL) dan employability skills terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII OTKP SMKN 10 Surabaya, dengan populasi sebanyak 138 siswa dan sampel 103 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda berbantuan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial WBL tidak berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, dan employability skills berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Secara simultan, WBL dan employability skills berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa dengan besar pengaruhnya 51,4%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja, siswa perlu menguasai employability skills yang relevan dengan dunia kerja saat ini.

This research aims to analyze the influence of work-based learning (WBL) and employability skills on students' work readiness. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The subjects in this research were class XII OTKP students at SMKN 10 Surabaya, with a population of 138 students and a sample of 103 respondents. The data collection technique uses online questionnaire distribution. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS version 29 software. The research results show that partially WBL has no effect on students' work readiness, and employability skills have an effect on students' work readiness. Simultaneously, WBL and employability skills influence students' work readiness with an influence of 51,4%. The conclusion that can be drawn is that to increase work readiness, students need to acquire the employability skills that are essential for success in the current job market.
