Bantuan Langsung Tunai Dana Desa (BLT-DD) merupakan program jaring pengaman sosial untuk pemulihan ekonomi masyarakat yang menderita akibat pandemi Covid-19. Covid-19 telah menimbulkan dampak pada aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan keuangan selain dampaknya terhadap aspek kesehatan masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memahami efektivitas pelaksanaan BLT-DD. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan BLT Desa di Desa Sumodikaran dari aspek Ketepatan Waktu, Ketepatan Sasaran dan Ketepatan Perhitungan Biaya berjalan dengan sangat efektif. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya tidak serta merta berjalan dengan lancar, karena butuh kehati-hatian dalam menentukan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat dari BLT-DD ini. Hal ini untuk meminimalisir kesalahan penetapan Keluarga Penerima Manfaat. Untuk di Desa Sumodikaran sudah berjalan baik, sesuai arahan dari kecamatan.

Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT-DD) is a social safety net program for the economic recovery of people suffering from the Covid-19 pandemic. Covid-19 has had an impact on social, economic and financial aspects in addition to its impact on public health aspects. The purpose of this research is to understand the effectiveness of BLT-DD implementation. This study uses a qualitative method. The results showed that the effectiveness of the Village BLT implementation in Sumodikaran Village from the aspects of Timeliness, Target Accuracy and Accuracy of Cost Calculations was very effective. However, the implementation does not necessarily run smoothly, because caution is needed in determining the Beneficiary Families of this BLT-DD.
