Bina diri merupakan kemampuan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dasar sehari-hari yang dimiliki oleh setiap manusia, termasuk menghindari bahaya. Kemampuan bina diri menghindari bahaya penting untuk diajarkan kepada anak autis agar mereka mengetahui cara menghindari bahaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari task analysis bermedia video terhadap kemampuan bina diri menghindari bahaya bagi anak autis di SLB Mutiara Hati Sidoarjo.
Rancangan penelitian menggunakan pre experimental jenis one-group pre-test post-test. Jumlah subjek dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 8 anak autis. Rata-rata nilai pre-test 34,68 dan rata-rata nilai post-test 70,15 dengan pemberian treatment/intervensi sebanyak 8 kali di dalam kelas. Simpulan penelitian ini H nol (H0) ditolak dan hipotesis kerja (Ha) diterima, Z hitung (Zh) = 2,52 lebih besar daripada Z tabel (Zt) = 1,96 dengan nilai signifikansi= 5%. Jadi task analysis bermedia video berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bina diri menghindari bahaya anak autis.

A self guide was ability in fulfilling the basic daily necessities which were owned by every human including avoiding danger. The self guide ability of avoiding danger was important to be taught to autism children so that they knew the way to avoid danger. This research had purpose to know the influence of task analysis with video media toward self guide ability of avoiding danger for autism children in SLB Mutiara Hati Sidoarjo.
The research arrangement used pre experimental with one-group pre-test post-test kind. The amounts of subjects were 8 autism children in this research. The average value of pre-test was 34,68 and the average value of post-test was 70,15 with giving treatment / intervention 8 times in the class. The conclusion of this research was that Null hypothesis (Ho) was refused and alternative hypothesis (Ha) was accepted, Z counted (Zh) = 2,52 was greater than Z table (Zt) = 1,96 with significant value = 5%. So, the task analysis with video media influenced toward self guide ability of avoiding danger to autism children
