Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui bagaimana implementasi dari prinsip Good School Governance (GSG) pada Lembaga TPQ Roudlotul Mujtahidin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari hasil wawancara dengan informan serta dari dokumen internal lembaga yang bersifat tidak dipublikasikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup observasi, wawancara dan kajian dokumen. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa TPQ Roudlotul Mujtahidin telah mengimplementasikan prinsip Good School Governance (GSG) dengan cukup baik. Penerapan ini mencakup prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibilitas, kemandirian, dan keadilan. Selain itu, implementasi GSG di lembaga ini menunjukkan keselarasan dengan teori stewardship, yang menekankan pentingnya kepercayaan, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi antara pihak-pihak terkait dalam pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan.

This research aims to analyze and find out how the principles of Good School Governance (GSG) are implemented at the TPQ Roudlotul Mujtahidin Institute. This research is descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The data used is primary data obtained directly from interviews with informants as well as from internal institutional documents which are not published. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and document review. The data obtained was then analyzed through three stages : data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions drawing.
The results of this research indicate that TPQ Roudlotul Mujtahidin has implemented the principles of Good School Governance (GSG) quite well. This implementation includes the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. In addition, the implementation of GSG at this institution shows alignment with stewardship theory, which emphasizes the importance of trust, responsibility and collaboration among stakeholders in managing educational institutions.
