Pengaruh Environmental, Social, dan Governance (ESG) Disclosure terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Sektor Industrials yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2022-2024

The Effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Disclosure on Firm Value in Industrials Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange During the 2022–2024 Period

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, dan ESG disclosure terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sektor Industrials yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2022-2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari laporan tahunan perusahaan dan ESG Intelligence. Sampel penelitian terdiri atas 42 perusahaan atau 126 observasi yang terpilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi data panel dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak STATA 17. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, dan ESG disclosure tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan Tobin’s Q. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan ESG belum menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi penilaian investor terhadap nilai perusahaan sektor Industrials.

This study aims to examine the effect of environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, dan ESG disclosure on firm value in Industrials sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2022-2024. This research employed a quantitative approach using secondary data from companies’ annual reports and the ESG Intelligence database. The sample consisted of 42 companies, 126 observations selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using panel data regression and STATA 17. The results indicate that environmental disclosure, social disclosure, governance disclosure, and ESG disclosure have no significant effect on firm value as measured by Tobin’s Q. These findings suggest that ESG disclosure has not yet become a primary factor influencing investors’ assessment of firm value in the Industrials sector.
