Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menganalisis perbedaan kelincahan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode latihan circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) dan circuit training plyometric (CTP) pada pemain futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun, (2) untuk menganalisis perbedaan kecepatan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode latihan CTLD dan CTP pada pemain futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun, (3) untuk menganalisis perbedaan power sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode latihan CTLD dan CTP pada pemain futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun, (4) untuk menganalisis perbedaan kekuatan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode latihan CTLD dan CTP pada pemain futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun, (5) untuk menganalisis seberapa besar peningkatan kelincahan, kecepatan, power, dan kekuatan atlet sebelum dan sesudah pemberian metode latihan CTLD dan CTP pada pemain futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun, (6) untuk menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh latihan CTLD dan CTP terhadap kelincahan, kecepatan, power, dan kekuatan atlet futsal Universitas PGRI Madiun. Pendekatan penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini ialah eksperimen semu. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain matching only design. Variabel penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 variabel bebas yakni circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) dan circuit training plyometric (CTP) dan 4 variabel terikat yakni kelincahan, kecepatan, power, dan kekuatan. Populasi adalah atlet futsal profesional di Kota Madiun yang berjumlah 100 orang, dan sampel berjumlah 45 orang. Penelitian ini hanya dikhususkan untuk sampel yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dengan usia antara 18-20 tahun. Sampel dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok, yakni kelompok eksperimen CTLD, CTP, dan kelompok kontrol. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan hexagonal obstacle test, 30 metre acceleration test, vertical jump, dan leg dynamometer. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus mean, standart deviation, varians, persentase peningkatan, uji paired sample t test, uji one way anova, dan post hoc comparisons. Penelitian ini menghasilkan: ada perbedaan kelincahan, kecepatan, power, dan kekuatan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian treatment CTLD dan CTP dengan nilai p-value 0,000 < α 0,05. Besar peningkatan kelincahan dengan treatment CTLD dan CTP masing-masing sebesar 9,63% dan 4,31%. Besar peningkatan kecepatan dengan treatment CTLD dan CTP masing-masing sebesar 11,1% dan 9,92%. Besar peningkatan power dengan treatment CTLD dan CTP masing-masing sebesar 4,96% dan 25,5%. Besar peningkatan kekuatan dengan treatment CTLD dan CTP masing-masing sebesar 2,93% dan 7,09%.

This study aims to (1) analyze the differences in agility before and after giving circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) and circuit training plyometric (CTP) methods to futsal players at Universitas PGRI Madiun, (2) to analyze the differences in speed before and after giving circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) and circuit training plyometric (CTP) methods to futsal players at Universitas PGRI Madiun, (3) to analyze the differences in power before and after giving circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) and circuit training plyometric (CTP) methods to futsal players at Universitas PGRI Madiun, (4) to analyze the differences in strength before and after giving circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) and circuit training plyometric (CTP) methods to futsal players at Universitas PGRI Madiun, (5) to analyze how much agility, speed, power and strength of athletes increase before and after giving CTLD and CTP training methods to futsal players at Universitas PGRI Madiun, (6) to analyze the differences in the influence of CTLD and CTP training on agility, speed, power and strength of futsal athletes at Universitas PGRI Madiun. This research approach is a quantitative approach. This type of research is a quasi-experiment. This research design uses a matching only design. This research variable consists of 2 independent variables, namely circuit training ladder drill (CTLD) and circuit training plyometric (CTP) and 4 dependent variables, namely agility, speed, power and strength. The population is 100 professional futsal athletes in Madiun City, and the sample is 45 people. This research is only specifically for male samples aged between 18-20 years. The samples were divided into 3 groups, namely the CTLD experimental group, CTP, and the control group. The research instruments used the hexagonal obstacle test, 30 meter acceleration test, vertical jump, and leg dynamometer. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the formula mean, standard deviation, variance, percentage increase, paired sample t test, one way anova test, and post hoc comparisons. This research resulted in: there are differences in agility, speed, power and strength before and after CTLD and CTP treatment with a p-value of 0.000 < α 0.05. The magnitude of the increase in agility with CTLD and CTP treatment was 9.63% and 4.31% respectively. The magnitude of the increase in speed with CTLD and CTP treatment was 11.1% and 9.92% respectively. The magnitude of the increase in power with CTLD and CTP treatment was 4.96% and 25.5% respectively. The magnitude of the increase in strength with CTLD and CTP treatment was 2.93% and 7.09% respectively.
