Based on observations of research conducted in Senior High School 1 Kamal. The use of power point media and whiteboards as learning media, will lead to lack of maximum student attention, minimum activity in the learning process. Seeing this conditions encourage researchers to develop truth and dare media. This research uses 4D from Thiagarajan method. Truth and dare media got the results of expert evaluation of 86.67%. While of the results of the validation of media experts by 84%. The activeness of students in the application of truth and dare media gained a percentage of 84%. And for the responses students get a percentage of 91%. Based on the percentage results from three formulations, truth and dare media are considered suitable when applied when learning
