Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menghasilkan LKS yang layak berdasarkan aspek validitas yang
meliputi validasi LKS, aspek kepraktisan yang meliputi respon siswa dan keterlaksanaan
pembelajaran, aspek keefektifan yang meliputi hasil tes keterampilan berpikir
kritis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model
pengembangan Research and Development
yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu pendahuluan, pengembangan dan pengujian,
tetapi dalam penelitian ini dibatasi sampai pada tahap pengembangan dengan uji
coba terbatas. Pengembangan LKS diujicobakan pada 15 siswa kelas VIII SMP Al
Falah Deltasari. Uji coba menggunakan rancangan One Group p retest- p osttest d esign . Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui hasil validasi, hasil angket
respon siswa, hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan hasil
tes keterampilan berpikir kritis. Hasil kelayakan LKS berdasarkan aspek
kevalidan menunjukkan bahwa LKS sangat layak digunakan. Hasil kelayakan LKS
berdasarkan aspek kepraktisan yaitu hasil angket respon siswa mendapatkan
skor rata- rata 88,3% dengan kriteria
sangat bai k dan hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menunjukkan
bahwa LKS sangat layak digunakan. Hasil kelayakan LKS berdasarkan aspek
keefektifan yaitu hasil tes keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa didapatkan melalui pretest dan posttest mendapatkan Gain
0,67 dengan kriteria sedan g. Oleh karena itu, LKS berbasis inkuiri untuk melatihkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa
layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.

This study aims to produce
feasible work sheets based on the validity aspect which includes validity of
LKS, practicality aspect which includes student response and implementation of
learning, effectiveness aspects that includes student responses and critical
thinking skills test results. This research used research development with the
development design of Research and Development which consists of three stages,
namely the introduction, development and testing, but in this study is limited
to the development phase with a limited trial. The development of worksheets
was tested on 15 students of class VIII of Al Falah Deltasari. Trial used a
design One Group pretest-posttest design. The data in this study were obtained
through validation, results of the student response questionnaire, observation
the implementation of inquiry learning, and test' critical thinking skills of
students. Results of LKS eligibility based on the validity aspect shows that
LKS is very feasible to use. Results LKS feasibility based
on aspects of practicality that is results of the questionnaire responses
students get an average score of 88.3% with very good criteria and results of
observations on the implementation of learning show that worksheets are very
feasible to use. Result of LKS feasibility based on aspects of the
effectiveness test critical thinking skills students obtained through pretest
and posttest to get 0.67 gain with moderate criteria. Therefore, inquiry-based
student work sheets to train students' critical thinking skills deserve to used
in the learning process.
