Sebuah perusahaan berdiri karena mempunyai target, visi dan misi yang ingin dicapai. Selain bersaing perusahaan wajib mengetahui perkembangan SDM terutama saat ini lulusan ilmu ekonomi islam masih minim. Sehingga perusahaan perlu cara terkait etika kerja islam serta kemampuan kerja guna meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara etika kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada bank syariah bukopin Surabaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis data korelasi berganda. Hasil riset yang dilaksanakan peneliti, menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat hubungan kuat etika kerja islam dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan (2) terdapat hubungan kuat kemampuan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan (3) terdapat hubungan sangat kuat etika kerja serta kemampuan kerja karyawan dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan bank syariah bukopin Surabaya cabang darmo.

In addition to competing companies, they must know the development of human resources, especially nowadays graduates of Islamic economics are still minimal. So that companies need ways related to Islamic work ethics and the ability to work to improve work productivity. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between work ethics and the ability to work with work productivity of employees at Bukopin Islamic Bank Surabaya. This research is quantitative research with multiple correlation data analysis. The results of the research conducted by the researcher showed that (1) there was a strong relationship between Islamic work ethics and employee productivity (2) there was a strong relationship between work ability and employee productivity (3) there was a very strong relationship between work ethics and employee work ability with employee work productivity syariah bukopin bank Surabaya darmo branch.
