Keterampilan abad 21 penting dilatihkan kepada siswa karena dapat membiasakan siswa untuk tanggap terhadap masalah, mampu menyelesaikan masalah secara kreatif serta memastikan daya saing siswa secara global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis collaborative learning pada materi ekosistem untuk melatihkan literasi sains siswa yang dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif. Validitas perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari kelayakan isi, penyajian dan bahasa. Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterbacaan buku dan respon siswa. Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau keterlaksanaan, hasil belajar dan ketrampilan literasi sains. Model pengembangan yang digunakan Borg dan Gall yang dimodifikasi dan dilakukan di Pascasarjana Sains Unesa pada bulan Juni – November 2020. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan metode validasi, observasi, angket dan tes. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Perangkat pembelajaran diujicobakan secara luas pada 30 siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut, Tulungagung pada bulan Desember 2020. Hasil validasi perangkat pembelajaran oleh pakar diperoleh skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 3,7 dan dinyatakan sangat valid. Perangkat pembelajaran berbasis collaborative learning dinyatakan praktis ditinjau berdasarkan keterbacaan buku (level 10) dan respon siswa (dengan hasil 95% merespon positif), serta dinyatakan efektif ditinjau keterlaksanaan (93,92%), hasil belajar (ketercapaian indikator sebesar 65,8 %) dan ketrampilan literasi sains siswa (N gain sebesar 0,68, dengan kategori sedang). Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, perangkat pembelajaran berbasis collaborative learning materi ekosistem untuk melatihkan literasi sains siswa kelas X SMA dinyatakan valid, praktis dan efektif.

It is important to train 21st-century skills to students because it can familiarize students with responsiveness to problems, be able to solve problems creatively, and ensure student competitiveness globally. This study aims to produce a learning device based on a collaborative learning model on ecosystem material to train students' science literacy skills which is valid, practical, and effective. The validity of the learning device is viewed from the feasibility of content, presentation, and language. The practicality of the learning device is seen from the readability of the books and student responses. The effectiveness of the learning device is reviewed in terms of implementation, learning outcomes, and scientific literacy skills. The development model used by Borg and Gall was modified and carried out at the Unesa Science Postgraduate in June - November 2020. The data collection technique was carried out by validation, observation, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique was done qualitatively and quantitatively. Learning devices that have been developed were tested on 30 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Ngunut, Tulungagung in December 2020. The results of learning device validation by experts obtained an overall average score of 3.7 and declared very valid. A collaborative learning device declared practical in terms of book readability (level 10) and student responses (with 95% positive responses), and declared effective in terms of implementation (93.92%), learning outcomes (65,8% students completed), and students' science literacy skills (N gain) amounting to 0.68, with the medium category). Based on the data analysis, learning devices based on collaborative learning model on ecosystem material to train science literacy skills for class X SMA are declared valid, practical, and effective.
