PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN MUSIK DI SEGNO MUSIC COURSE KEDIRI

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan pengelolaan pembelajaran musik di LKP Segno Music Course Kediri. Jenis penelitian ini ialah deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang digunakan ialah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Subjek penelitian yaitu Owner Segno Music Course. Setelah data terkumpul peneliti melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan hasil dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan ialah proses pengelolaan di Segno Music Course yang terencana, mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pembinaan, penilaian dan pengembangan. Namun ada beberapa kekurangan salah satunya struktur organisasi yang kurang jelas, seperti pembuatan bagan yang tidak menggambarkan cara kerja antar lini di LKP tersebut. Proses pengelolaan Segno Music Course yang awalnya dikelola secara pribadi hingga mempunyai tim pengelola. Dalam menghadapi dampak pandemi COVID-19 LKP ini juga memiliki upaya-upaya dalam menghadapi hal tersebut sehingga pembelajaran dapat berjalan dengan baik. Eksistensi Segno Music Course di masyarakat semakin meningkat dengan program-program yang dilakukan oleh pihak LKP tersebut

The purpose of this study is to describe the management of music learning at LKP Segno Music Course Kediri. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data using interview techniques, observation, and documentations. The validity of the data used is triangulation of sources and techniques. The research  subject is the Owner Segno Music Course. After the data was collected, the researcher carried out data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions from the results of the study. The research result obtained are the planned management process at the Segno Music Course, starting from planning, organizing, coaching, assessing and developing. However, there are several shortcomings, on of which is an unclear organizational structure, such as the creation of a chart that does not describe how the work between lines in the LKP. The process of managing the Segno Music Course which was initially managed privately until it has a management team. In dealing with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, LKP also has efforts to deal with this so that learning can run well. The existence of Segno Music Course in the community is increasing with the programs carried out by the LKP.
