PENINGKATAN SELF-EFFICACY AKADEMIK SISWA SMP MELALUI BIMBINGAN KELOMPOK DENGAN CINEMA THERAPY
ENHANCEMENT ACADEMIC SELF-EFFICACY OF SMP STUDENTS THROUGH GROUP GUIDANCE WITH CINEMA THERAPY
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji perbedaan skor tingkat self efficacy akademik siswa antara sebelum dan sesudah diterapkan bimbingan kelompok dengan cinema therapy. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest - posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas IX di SMPN 4 Sidoarjo, dari populasi tersebut diambil sample sebanyak 8 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purpose sampling. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistic non parametric analisis Uji Wilcoxon dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Analisis penelitian menunjukkan nilai Asymp.Signifikansi (2-tailed) = 0,012 jika disesuaikan dengan ketetapan α (taraf kesalahan) sebesar 5% yaitu 0,05 maka 0,012 < 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, serta dari hasil perhitungan rata rata pre-test dan post test diperoleh hasil 97,874 dan 101,75 adanya peningkatan skor post-test, dengan begitu dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik cinema therapy dapat meningkatkan self efficacy akademik siswa kelas IX di SMPN 1 Sidoarjo. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan diharapkan penelitian ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi guru BK untuk mengatasi permasalahan terkait self efficacy akademik, yakni melalui bimbingan kelompok dengan cinema therapy.

Abstract
This study aims to examine the difference in scores of students academic self-efficacy levels between before and after applying group guidance with cinema therapy. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research with a one group pretest - posttest design. The population in this study were students of class IX SMPN 4 Sidoarjo, from the population a sample of 8 students was taken using a purpose sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is non-parametric statistical analysis of the Wilcoxon test with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The research analysis shows the Asymp value. Significance (2-tailed) = 0.012 if adjusted for the determination (error rate) 5% which is 0.05 then 0.012 < 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and from the results of the calculation of the average pre-test and post-test, the result is 97.874 and an increase in the post-test score of 101.75, so it can be concluded that group guidance services with cinema technique therapy can increase the academic self-efficacy of grade IX students of SMPN 1 Sidoarjo. Based on these conclusions, it is hoped that this research can be a reference school counselors to overcome problems related to academic self-efficacy, namely through group guidance with cinema therapy.
