Lekapan payet merupakan salah satu teknik sulaman yang penyelesaiannya menggunakan tangan dan dihias dengan bermacam-macam jenis payet. Hiasan inilah yang akan diterapkan pada busana pesta malam muslimah di bagian belakang bawah sayap. Tujuan penulisan Tugas Akhir ini untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam muslimah, 2) hasil jadi penerapan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam muslimah. Metode rekayasa meliputi sumber ide, tema rancangan, desain produksi, pemilihan bahan, proses pembuatan, hasil jadi penerapan hiasan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam muslimah. Metode pengambilan data menggunakan observasi dengan jumlah observer 10 dosen Tata Busana UNESA. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik metode deskriptif. Hasil rekayasa: 1)  proses pembuatan hiasan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam muslimah berawal dari  sumber ide api dari tarian api, tema rancangan, desain, motif payet, pemilihan bahan serta penerapan teknik payet menggunakan jejak/jelujur, 2) hasil jadi penerapan lekapan payet pada busana pesta malam muslimah memiliki kategori  baik (sesuai).

Sequin applique is one of the embroidery techniques that is completed using hands and decorated with various types of sequins. This decoration will be applied to muslim evening dress at the back of the wing bottom. The purpose of this final project writing is to: 1) describe the process of making sequin curves on muslim evening dress, 2) the results become the application of sequins to muslim evening dress. Engineering methods include the source of ideas, design themes, production design, material selection, manufacturing process, the results of the application of sequin decoration on muslim evening dress. The data collection methods uses observation with the number of observers 10 lectures of UNESA clothing design. Processing data using descriptive method techniques. The results of engineering: 1) the process of making sequin decoration on muslim evening dress originated from the idea of fire from fire dance, the theme of design, design, sequin motifs, material selection, and the application of sequintechniques using traces, 2) the results became the application os sequins on muslim evening dress have a good category (according).
