This research aims to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of PT. X. The method used in this research is a quantitative correlational research method. The sampling technique in this research is using a saturated sample technique of 50 employees. The data collection technique in this research uses a scale of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Analysis of the data in this research using the product moment correlation technique with the help of SPSS 16.0 software for windows. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT. X. The results of the analysis are shown from the coefficient value of 0.858 (r = 0.858) with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Based on the results obtained, it shows a direct relationship and positive relationship between job satisfaction variables and organizational citizenship behavior, which means that the higher the job satisfaction of employees, the higher the organizational citizenship behavior of the employee, likewise the lower the job satisfaction, the lower the organizational citizenship. behavior of the employee.
