PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur adalah perusahaan yang didirikan sejak tahun 2002. PT PLN (Persero) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bisnis kelistrikan yang bertugas memasok dan mengatur pasokan listrik ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kesuksesan karir subyektif melalui kemampuan beradaptasi karir pada karyawan karir menengah di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur. Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan perangkat lunak bantuan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan karier subyektif dan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan beradaptasi karier, kemampuan adaptasi karier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan karier subyektif.
PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur is a company was established since 2002. PT PLN (Persero) is a company engaged in the electricity business that is in charge of supplying and regulating electricity supply to all regions of Indonesia. This research aims to determine and explain he effect of perceived organizational support on subjective career success through career adaptability at mid-career employee in PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Jawa Timur. This research is a type of causal research using quantitative approach with population of 173 permanent employees and sampling technique using purpusive sampling with sample of 51 permanent employees. Statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) eith the assistance software SmartPLS 3.0. The result of this research show that perceived organizational support has significant effect on subjective career success and also has positif effect on career adaptability, career adaptability has positive and significant effect on subjective career success.
