Filosofi Kehidupan Rumah Jawa Sebagai Sumber Ide Penciptaan Karya Seni Lukis

Seni memiliki definisi yang tidak tetap dan sangat dinamis. Latar belakang  sosial, budaya dan politik suatu lingkungan didaerah berpengaruh dalam menentukan definisi seni tersebut. Di dalam praktiknya seni rupa merupakan bagian dari lingkup seni yang memiliki keterkaitan cukup erat dengan latar belakang pengalaman seorang seniman, hal ini mempengaruhi setiap proses pengerjaannya. Penulis menjadikan rumah sebagai tema dan ruang yang melatarbelakangi penulis dalam menciptakan karya seni lukis. Dari rumah penulis dapat menggali nilai dan filosofi kehidupannya untuk dijadikan sebagai ide gagasan dalam karya seni lukis yang diciptakan. Penulis menceritakan pengalaman aktivitas diri penulis didalam rumah yang dirasa memiliki nilai dan menjadi titik balik dalam pendewasaan mental kehidupan penulis sebagai manusia. Nantinya karya seni Lukis yang diciptakan merupakan bagian dari arsip rangkaian perjalanan pertumbuhan hidup penulis. Proses kreatif yang kerjakan ini menggunakan metode penciptaan practice based research, Medium yang dipilih yaitu kanvas dengan bahan cat acrylic yang di mixed dengan bollpoint. Karya dibingkai dalam bentuk format lukisan dua dimensi melalui tahapan deformasi bentuk dan pengolahan warna. Objek yang diolah antara lain anatomi tubuh manusia, hewan, benda, bidang ruangan yang tidak jauh dari lingkungan didalam rumah. Penulis berharap karya seni lukisnya dapat di tempatkan didalam ruang pamer yang dapat dinikmati dan ditonton oleh pengunjung dengan fokus dalam satu sisi tampilannya.

Art has a d­efinition that is not fixed and very dynamic. The social, cultural and political background of an environment in the area is influential in determining the definition of art. In practice, fine art is part of the scope of art that has a fairly close relathionship with the background of an artist’s experience, this affects every process of making it. The author makes the house as the the and space behind the author in creating works of painting. From home the author can explore the values and philosophy of life to serve as ideas in the paintings that are created. The author recounts theexperience of the author’s self-activity in the house which he feels has value and becomes a turning point in themental maturity of the author’s life as a human being. Later, the artwork created will be part of the archives of the author’s journey of growth in life. This creative process uses a practice based research creation method. The medium chosen is canvas with acrylic paint mixed with bollpoint. The work is framed in the form of a two-dimentional painting format through the stages of shape deformation and colour processing. The objects that are processed include the anatomy of the human body, animals, objects, areas of the room that are not far from the environment inside the house. The author hopes that his paintings can be placed in a gallery that can be enjoyed and watced by visitors with focus on ones side of the appearance.
