THE EFFECT OF BALL FEELING TRAINING ON DRIBBLING ABILITY IN SSB PERSADA DALEGAN GRESIK KU 14-15
Latihan ball feeling pada dasarnya adalah latihan pengenalan melawan bola atau biasa dikenal dengan possession. Pokoknya bola dikontrol secara penuh dan dalam jangkauan pemain selama pertandingan. Latihan bola terasa seperti bentuk latihan yang mudah dribble secara langsung. Selama latihan bola, peningkatan penekanan pada pemahaman gerakan untuk setiap pemain atau pola yang dihasilkan refleksi. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini merupakan pra-eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SSB Dalegan Gresik KU 14-15 sebanyak 16 orang.
Dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan uji data terkait dengan uji normalitas dan didapatkan hasil uji normalitas menggunakan Kolmogorov-smirnov didapatkan data berdistribusi normal karena nilai sig > (0,05). Karena data berdistribusi normal, sehingga dapat dilakukan uji t-test (paired samples t-test) dan didapatkan hasil nilai t hitung df 15 lebih kecil dari t tabel nilai kritik sebesar (0,974>0,05). Sehingga data dapat disimpukan tidak ada perubahan yang signifikan antara latihan ball feeling dengan kemampuan dribbling.

Ball feeling training is basically training to recognize the ball or what is commonly known as possession. In essence, the ball is fully controlled and within reach of the player during the game. Ball drills feel like a form of practice that is easy to dribble directly. During ball practice, increased emphasis is placed on understanding the movements for each player or the resulting reflection patterns. This research uses a quantitative approach and this type of research is a pre-experiment using a One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The sample for this research was determined using a purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted at SSB Dalegan Gresik KU 14-15 as many as 16 people.
In this research, the data was tested using the normality test and the results of the normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov showed that the data had a normal distribution because the sig value was > (0.05). Because the data is normally distributed, a t-test (paired samples t-test) can be carried out and the calculated t value df 15 is smaller than the t table critical value of (0.974>0.05). So the data can be concluded that there is no significant change between ball feeling training and dribbling ability.
