Pengaruh Latihan Interval Terhadap Daya Tahan Jantung Paru Pada Pemain Futsal KFC Academy
The Effect of Interval Training on Cardio-Pulmonary Endurance in KFC Academy Futsal Players
Pemain futsal membutuhkan daya tahan jantung paru yang baik agar dapat bermain secara optimal dan mendapatkan prestasi. Daya tahan jantung paru memiliki berbagai macam faktor salah satunya adalah aktivitas fisik. Aktifitas fisik dapat ditingkatkan melalui latihan interval. Tujuan dari penelitian ini sendiri untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh latihan interval terhadap daya tahan jantung paru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen dengan melakukan pre-test, memberikan perlakuan, dan post-test. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh pemain futsal KFC Academy sebanyak 18 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, sehingga sampel pada penelitian adalah semua pemain futsal KFC Academy sejumlah 18 orang. Prosedur total sampling ini dengan memberikan tes sebelum latihan interval diberikan kemudian diberikan pelatihan interval selama dua bulan. Setelah dua bulan, para pemain kembali diberikan tes untuk melihat adanya perubahan setelah latihan interval ini diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Lapangan Futsal Weta Surabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Bleep Test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan memakai Uji t-test. Hasil pretest menunjukan nilai tertinggi 39,6 ml/kg/min, nilai terendah 26,8 ml/kg/min, nilai rata-rata 32,43 ml/kg/min. Hasil post test menunjukkan nilai tertinggi 41,5 ml/kg/min, nilai terendah 28,0 ml/kg/min, nilai rata-rata 33,77 ml/kg/min, standar deviasi (SD) 4,04. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan adanya pengaruh antara Latihan Interval terhadap daya tahan jantung paru pemain KFC.
Futsal players need good cardiovascular endurance in order to play optimally and get achievements. Cardiopulmonary endurance has various factors, one of which is physical activity. Physical activity can be increased through interval training. The purpose of this study itself is to determine the influence and how much influence interval training has on cardiopulmonary endurance. This research method uses experimental research methods by conducting a pre-test, giving treatment, and post-test. The population of this study used all 18 KFC Academy futsal players. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique, so that the samples in the study were all 18 KFC Academy futsal players. This total sampling procedure by giving a test before interval training is given then given interval training for two months. After two months, the players were again given tests to see if there had been any change after the interval training was given. This research was conducted at the Surabaya Weta Futsal Field. The instrument used in this research is the Bleep Test. The data analysis technique used in this study was the t-test. The pretest results showed the highest value was 39.6 ml/kg/min, the lowest value was 26.8 ml/kg/min, the average value was 32.43 ml/kg/min. The post test results showed the highest value was 41.5 ml/kg/min, the lowest value was 28.0 ml/kg/min, the average value was 33.77 ml/kg/min, the standard deviation (SD) was 4.04. The results obtained show that there is an influence between Interval Training on cardio-pulmonary endurance of KFC players.
